The monthly videos sound like a great idea. I personally prefer longer videos, I might not watch them all in one go but I love that I can stretch them for 2-3 sittings.

You've created this wonderful place of learning and a library filled with books that I suspect a person would have to live several hundred years to read them all. I would have to do that. So it's all very lovely. But change is inevitable and I can definately understand the many interests thing as I'm in that same boat. I think it's being a perpetual student at heart. Anyway, I'm glad your not dumping the channel. The journey of the remodel is on going and hearing about the progress is good. The dream book has been inducted onto my wish list. Magic is really about EVERYTHING, so your broad interests are characteristic of the discipline. Trivium and Quadrivium, and all that, don't you know. Plato said if you're ignorant of maths don't bother entering his Academy! Doesn't sound very magical, but there you are. Broad knowledge is an essential part of effective magical training, at least in the modern development (at least since about the 15th century).You're good internet company, whatever you choose to focus on. I particularly liked your art-creation videos, for instance. Good luck with moving back into your newly completed flat.

I too think the new format sounds great. If I understand correctly, it will be similar to the news videos, but instead of news there will be books, and how they look and feel. I'm pretty sure I would watch all of those videos gladly, even if I didn't intend to buy all of them (hopefully!). The only thing I would say is, I really appreciate sharing as much of a book's physical appearance as possible. Especially binding, cover quality and page quality. And mentioning any flaws. Because this is information we can't find anywhere else, and it's important for me to know when buying something expensive. Of course, the contents of the book are also/even more important. But I feel like many people talk about that, and the publisher themselves. Very exciting! 🩷

I think that's a good idea for book reviews. What if once a month you showed us all the books, and then took a poll, and did a review of your favorite (or least favorite - the one you want to talk about most), and maybe also the one people most want to see?
