    Pickled champignons are an appetizing and savory snack that perfectly complements various dishes. We need:
    Marinated champignons
    Champignons (I have brown ones) - 1200g
    Marinade:
    Sunflower oil - 120g
    Soy sauce - 120g
    Apple cider vinegar - 40g
    Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
    Cilantro (fresh) - 40g
    Garlic - 6 cloves
    Bay leaf - 3 pcs
    Salt - 1 tbsp (for cooking) + 1 tbsp (for boiling)
    Sugar - ½ tbsp
    Black pepper and ground coriander - to taste
    Cut off the bottom of the champignon leg.
    With large champignons, it is necessary to remove the skin from the surface of the caps.
    Rinse the champignons under running water.
    Larger champignons must be cut into two parts.
    Boil water, add 1 tbsp of salt, add prepared champignons. Bring the water back to a boil and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
    Remove them from the water with a slotted spoon to get rid of excess liquid.
    In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade, mix. Add hot champignons to the marinade. Mix thoroughly so that the champignons are completely covered with marinade, cover with a plate and put to marinate in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, mix the champignons several times.
