Great video. That Percy kid is a cutie 😉
Hi Katie!!🎉
I am going to Williams in the class of 2027 and these videos are super helpful! I went to Williams previews and I can’t wait to come back in the fall!
Yay!!! Welcome to Williams and congrats on your amazing accomplishment! Always feel free to let me know what you’d like to see in my next videos 😊
Hi, im a intl student aspiring to getting into williams college for the class of 2028? Could you pls help me with what should i know before applying? Ill be really grateful !
@@ChattyChetana The college application process can be very random, but one thing I remember doing is that I emphasized my love of learning. Liberal arts schools are all about exploring things outside of your comfort zone so just show that you have interests in a bunch of different things! Besides that, just make sure to be authentic to yourself. For the writing supplement I sent in a silly short story about pigeons and that worked for me, but if you are have passions that are more serious you could send in something related to that. If you have a theme that you built your application on, make sure it stays consistent throughout. Good luck applying, and try not to worry too much!
Can I we go on a date@@kinda_katie
Do you recommend mission or frosh quad? Also, what are your thoughts on a single vs a double? Im class of 2027!
Amazing! Welcome to Williams! I’m definitely a frosh quad kid, but there are arguments for both. Williams has its own dining hall, but Frosh Quad is closer to pretty much everything else on campus. Mission has one, larger common room rather than several smaller ones in frosh quad, so people don’t hang out in frosh quad crooms as much in groups. Mission is mostly singles while frosh quad has a mix of doubles and singles, so some people say that Mission is better for building community because everyone has to leave their room to socialize:) Mission does have one kitchen shared by the entire dorm. I know Mission has been sophomore housing in the past, while Frosh Quad is the quintessential freshmen dorm and also generally incomparably prettier 😊
And as for single or double, I requested a double for the sake of the college experience and don’t regret it-my roommate and I are a great match!
@@kinda_katie Thanks so much! I’m definitely leaning towards frosh quad and a double :)
Good choice 🙃 You can see from my other dorm tour video that frosh quad doubles are also pretty cute-congrats on getting in and feel free to reach out anytime with more questions!
Hi
What kind of jobs do Willam students usually do on and off campus?
Thank you!
All kinds of jobs! On campus, there are positions available as Teaching Assistants (especially in STEM classes), research assistants, and interns at various campus offices. Off campus, some students work in food service on Spring Street. I personally work on campus for the Williams Office of Communications, the Chaplains’ Office, and the Residential Life Team (I’m a Housing Coordinator, Williams’ version of an RA).
Thank you for your comment, it was really helpful. Any idea if people use Uber a lot in that area?
Hello there!
Does William really have 5-6 students in each class?
Hi! They’re aren’t specifically 5-6 students in each class. It really depends. Beyond some intro lectures, I’d say most classes have under 20 students. Tutorials only have 2 or 3. Most of my classes have had ~10-15 students. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!
Why was the black kid eating W’s like Jameis Williams? Does he like Jameis Williams?
Can we be friends
imagine being an 03 baby
Unbelievable. How do Williams students go a day in their lives without embroidery???
