    Thank You for providing this information to the public. We need to see and hear more information like this so everyone starts recognizing the patterns and able to make changes. I was one of the people who registered but unable to attend in time, so thank you for putting it up for me to listen ❤

    I look forward to having the students in my Stress Management courses 1. watch this wonderful interview facilitated by George and 2. curating assignments based on the tools in this book. I love the idea of creating a Spam Box!
