I really enjoyed this episode and getting to know Kayla a little better. I must admit I was feeling a little sorry for her and the fact that she got caught up in that whole whirlwind. But now I see she's evolved so far beyond that world, it almost seems pathetic. I can see her with an executive as she said, or a doctor and being a wonderful business partner and entrepreneur in her own right. I wish her well in what I think will be a very bright future.
I love this episode! Kayla Nicole seems so sweet and just chill. I do not like therapy homework though. I love just having the ability to talk and deconstruct things in real time. I have been seeing my therapist two times a week for like 4 years. She has helped me so much. I left another therapist because she did not help. She provided homework but lacked the ability to work through things real time and all the homework was on managing my anxiety as opposed to treating the sources. I’ll have to listen to other episodes.
