Just watched your lecture about work power and energy very amazing. I feel very grateful that i can watch you're lectures . I hope i can meet you one day, please come to lebanon so i can 😂😂.
I thought I saw walnuts in the beginning...Warhol...now that is some expensive wallpaper. Control freaks. A guy needs some good roller skates for that place. Chamberlain...reminds me of a steel scrap yard I used to work in....I saw art everywhere I have been. Kawara....ditto on many construction sites. Judd...yes, good old steel and plywood. Heizer...spooky. I do like the spider. I can still smell the iron as it rusts...Infra red...cool. Thank you my friend.
sir, we want you to go visit MIT and enjoy all your sweet memories of your professor days , we want to watch your collaboration with MIT students . kindly do that if you are willed .
Respected professor I have two questions regarding friction - 1. Does friction depends on surface area in contact? 2. Why rolling friction is less than sliding friction?
Greetings Professor Warm wishes for health & welfare! Can I get a signed 'for the love of physics' now that covid restrictions're largely over?🥺 You tried sending one to me when you were putting 'em out in Feb. 2020, but somehow mine was lost in transit to India if you remember. This time we'll have to ship it inside the US only. Always been in love with physics, & you've only added immensely to it. So, getting a bit of your touch'd be a memoir for life! ❤️ Kartik India🇮🇳 🙏🏼
Before you decide to buy a book from me *I strongly suggest you get a free copy using the pdf file.* fiisikis.weebly.com/uploads/5/4/9/3/54939617/for_the_love_of_physics.pdf You should also consider to buy my book at amazon in your country. *I have been told that in India you can get my book from Amazon and Flipkart for $4.50* These books do not contain the 15 colored photo index (that's why they are so cheap); the pdf file does not include that either. If you can afford it, of course, I am willing to send you a signed copy of my book with *a special note for you + a signed picture of me, which will also have your name on it,* but the price is high as I pay 30% tax here in the US of your payment. Postage for me is also high (e.g., India $35). Ofcoz the book that I send you contains the photo index. Your total costs for 1 paperback copy: US $40; Europe, South America, Brazil, Canada, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh Tanzania & India $65; Middle East & Asia: Japan, Philippines, China, Thailand & Australia $80. I make zero money on these sales, I sell them for what they cost me. You should transfer the money to my PayPal account (see below). *Since we are friends, please mark "family and friends", PayPal will then not charge me a 5% fee* and please let me also know in PayPal your name and complete address and *which name I should use for my note in your book and on my picture.* *For those of you who only want a signed copy of the picture of me, swinging from the pendulum,* with your name on it as well, it will cost you *$10 for 1 copy* (that includes postage). It's the same price for all countries. *You should send me on PayPal your complete address and the name you want me to write on the picture.* Please transfer the $12 to *my PayPal account which is* lewin-physics@physics.comcastbiz.net. *Keep in mind that you must first enter PayPal and then my account.*
prof. can you suggest a book on classical mechanics(little bit advanced) one which I can also use with your8.01 and for IIT advanced. also pls give those names of books you used for 8.02 and 8.03 -one of your close friend^_^.

I see much room for future art... let's hope for the future to have room for it as well...
What do you think about the recently detected fast radio bursts? Do you have a theory of what could be causing them?

I cover this in great detail in my 8.01 lectures. *watch them*

yes Dia Beacon NY is very very special. My wife and I used to go there often, but due to Covid this was our first visit in 3 years.
@@lecturesbywalterlewin.they9259 Yes, it is very big. And no flowers. A painting of Monet or Picasso would get lost there. Really monumental!
@@lecturesbywalterlewin.they9259 The big roundels are the Pyramids of NY.

Amazing how we fall for this horrible art that we're made to believe is great by some acid popper selling it.
Did anyone see any nice art? Not.
You must be VERY fun at parties.
