well ye its just the countries progress and if the country accepts this culture... like US they started this culture they should be in the lead but asian countries like korea and japan adapted it real fast and improved to the level of being champs on the other hand countries and cities like taiwan, hong kong, macau are progressing slow cuz the government is neglecting this culture or not accepting is as fast other countries
