Can a mold be wood-made which can be repeatedly used (by diassembling)? By applying
some fluid solution (to avoid cement-wood bondage) inside the mold? If so possible, we
can make all sort of shape of molds easily, right?
Yes u can use wood, but steel moulds are the best for longevity. If price is a factor, look at fibreglass and plastic.
You can do wood, I use mineral oil for stuff food goes in, back in the day they reused the used motor oil on the docks... just saying

how can i print my logo on the rcc cement product after the complete manufacturing of goods????
See my other post about using fiberglass to make the mold. Carve a logo and install in the mold, taking into account how it comes apart so the logo comes out cleanly. Or make the logo from silicone, glued into the inside of the fiberglass mold, so it can compress and not damage the curing concrete.

Make a two piece mold out of fiberglass, molded from a round object the size you wish to duplicate. Auto parts stores sell the 'glassing supplies that would be fine for a project mold like the metal one shown.

What use is a two part mold if all that they used is compressed sand? Or am I missing something? Is that concrete and just needs a quick spritzing of water to solidify the molded piece?
