Real Estate and a Glass - Holiday Edition

In today’s episode, we look into the real estate market in early 2024 and we tackle two great cocktails for the holidays. The first is a White Russian which is basically an adult latte. With Vodka, Kahlua and heavy cream is makes a nice light cocktail to serve to your guests. Our second drink is the black Russian. I think of this drink as an adult white Russian. It is made with just vodka and coffee liqueur so packs a little more punch.
White Russian
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Kahlua
3/4 oz. Heavy Cream
Black Russian
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Tia Maria or Mr. Black’s)
