Not even close. Greatest angry threats record but the actuall disses towards Biggie are not accurate. Outside of the Faith line, he claimed Biggie copied his style. That’s absolutely ludicrous. And got shot 5 times and still survived. Ok, i give him that. Everything else was just angry threats at all the other members. Jayz “Takeover” was a better diss song imo.

This had nothing to do with that. Not this track man. This had to do with bitchmade people setting Pac up because they knew they could never reach his level. They knew he would never be compared to period. They killed him and he still can't be touched in the rap game, as well as so much wisdom he shared aside from this angry track. Pac shared so much positive emotion as well. He just didn't have one side of himself. He revealed all he was to the world. Society don't let those kind live a whole life.
