Yes another video! My #1 RC channel. Im rather new Matt. I wish someone would do a breakdown on why the Vanquish Stance and the VRD Carbon click, how to fix it, what shim kit to order. No-one is tackling this issue.. Love ya man. ❤
So stoked to see this come to life! I almost want to pick up that cage to convert my Honcho into a 1/6 scale buggy crawler. Still impatiently waiting for a 1/6 scale Capra....
Huge thanks on the Treal link workaround. I ordered this cage recently; However, I did not expect to need the transmission as well (there's no mention of that being required when ordering), and I didn't want to fork out another $300 on the build if I didn't have to. Still silly that it's an issue, but at least this is a solid solution.
Wow!!! Glad to see this thing finished!!! When I saw you posted i couldn't wait to watch!!! And it didn't disappoint!!! Obviously you have some small bugs to work out but that's with any build!!! But to say it doesn't crawl that great literally while you're doing some pretty epic lines was funny!!! Id say it crawls pretty awesome for not being a crawler...lol Can't wait to see more footage of this beast in the future!!! Well done sir!!! 😉👍
Appreciate that! Definitely got some decent lines in with it even though it’s not built to be a comp crawler. Can’t wait to really hit some hills with it!
@@2fmrc I like what you did with the servo on axle. Do you think I could do the same thing with the stock chassis? I have Vitavon axles, my stock axles didn't have shims in the diff either.
@@2fmrc It's the chassis side with the driveshaft in the way that concerns me. I wonder if that tube chassis has more clearance for the treal panhard link idea than stock
Great series of videos on this beast. Do you have a link for your thumb steering part. I have the RC8X too and I am looking for a better option. Thank you.
@@keldonator it crawls pretty well for what it is. The suspension is definitely a bit stiff for crawling and it gets high centered trying to do some things but it does really well in the creeks and is a blast to hill climb with lol

This thing has been in my mind since I held it at beat the creek thanks again

Looks awesome! You do you and build what you want.
Best trail rig, hands down
Best of both worlds for having a fun walk with ur rc
That thing looks like a beast
That is such a cool rock bouncer I wish I had that!
Thanks! I really haven’t got to unleash it yet! Can’t wait lol

I have the Pro-x's on my Scx6 Honcho. They are just ridiculously gnarly
They are! Can’t wait to get them installed on this thing! Gonna rip for sure lol
Digging the scx6 videos man. I have been vitavoning my scx6 too, but not to that extent 🤣
Really appreciate it! I went a bit extreme on this one but so far it’s been worth it lol

@@keldonator should be able to since it’s vitavon axkes.

Loving the epic pow internet mouth thumbnail 😮😮 🔥
Haha! Wasn’t sure what to go with on this one so I thought I’d go a little different 😆
Dude I've been waiting for this 🙌
Definitely better to come when I hit some hills with this thing!
@2fmrc I wish I lived in your area I would definitely bring my 6 to hit some hills with you. Been testing mine on 8s

@@JasonPerrinRCVlogs hey! Thanks! I actually printed that thumb steer myself for the rc8x
@@2fmrc oh dang. That's why I can't find it anywhere. 😀
Bad ass man!
Based off other 1/10 scale and 1/8 scale cars what size would you classify the rock bouncer in?
It’s scx6 based so 1/6 scale I would assume
Thx
Yeah I’d say 1/6 I guess. All scx6 based components.
How does this one crawl compared to your others? Seems like it was doing as good as my truck does at least

If it's your money and what you want, is it really dumb? I don't think so.
You crawlerfied a bad rig lol
