A BRIEF INTRO:
Munazir e Ahle Sunnat Shaykhul Hadeeth wa Tafseer Hazrat Moulana Muhammad Younus Nomani Rahimahullah was recognised as a prominent Ahle Sunnat Wal Jammat Hanafi/Deobandi scholar in Pakistan.He was a Muhadith and considered as a an authority on various Islamic fields including Hadith and Tafseer .
EDUCATION:
He studied Hadeeth Under the world renowend Muhadith Hazrat Shaykh Yusuf Binnori RA (A key student of the famous Allama Anwar Shah Kashmiri RA), and studied Tafseer under the influential Moulana Ghullam Ullah Khan Rahimahullah who was given the title of 'Shaykh Ul Quran'. He also studied under the late Shaykh ut Tafseer Wal Hadeeth Allama Qadhi Ismatullah Rahimahullah including the honorable Qadhi Shamsuddin Rahimahullah a former Shaykhul Hadeeth of the Great Darul Uloom of Deoband.
ORGANISATION:
Moulana Muhammad Yunus Nomani ad Deobandi Rahimahullah was Associated with Jamaat e Ishaat Ut Tahweed Wa Sunnat and was a senior member and a prominent figure. He travelled widely, teaching and commenting on numerous classical Islamic works and has lectured extensively on a range of topics including Quranic Tafseer, Hadith, Aqeedah and Fiqh around Pakistan, the Arab world and Europe.
DEBATES AND DIALOGUES:
Allama Younus Nomani RA gained an immense popularity and recognition amongst his Jamaat for his unique and an effective style of debates and dialogues with Barelvis, Ahle Hadeeth/Salafi's/Ghair Muqalids and Shia's. On numerous occasions as always staying strongly focused on his subject, he was known for standing his ground and overpowering his opponent in a courageous manner which led him to become victorious.
He has over fifteen debates on different topics; which can be available on DVD, youtube and various websites.
RESEARCH:
He's research specialised primarily in the field of Tafseer and Hadeeth, also included his in-depth study in the field of Ilmul rijaal (Chains of Transmitters) and Jarah Wa Tadeel (Criticism and declared acceptance of Hadith narrators).Before his death he documented many works and was in the process of complying them which will be published in the near future.
STUDY COURSES:
He also specialised in delivering comprehensive intense study courses. The programs were catered and set for Ulamah and Students of knowledge on various subjects which includes; Doura e Tafseer series. It is still held during the month of Shaban till the end of Ramadhan.
TRAINING COURSES:
Furthermore, he managed to develop a productive syllabus for Ulama and Tulabah in which they're still able to be trained extensively in the art of debating and promoting Dawah.
INSTITUTE:
Allama Younus Nomani RA was the key founder and principal of Jamia Nomania Institute located on the outskirts of Islamabad where taught Hadeeth, Tafseer and Fiqh. His family currently resides there.
