Hi Guys, Awesome reaction, Igor on piano doesnt mean he arranged the song, he composed this and Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics it was arranged by Dimash and his friend/arranger Erlan Bechurin.This was at the Kremlin Palace theatre on 8th Mar 2020 to celebrate International Womens day and there is a vid on here from Thurs evening 5th Mar showing Dimash, Erlan and Igor running through it and Dimash saying where he wanted the drums to come in, he then had to fly to Latvia for his solo concert on Sat 7th Mar. When he left for Moscow on the 8th he was still finalising some aspects of the arrangement on the plane. Great song and performance though !! 👍👍😊😊
It's Russia and in a concert hall. People are naturally more restrained but it doesn't mean their appreciation is any less. They actually ask the audience not to stand up.
I counted at least 4 times key change, maybe more?! His melisma and fasetto are so wonderful for awesome breath control. Can we talk about those F6 super cleaned and precise staccati. The ending part is like a firework: belting after hiting his knee on floor, full volume belting on mixed voice, yet going up 2 times higher, belting total 15 seconds. Such a vocal beast! So much physical strength required and huge pipe to produce those strong voice!!! Man! This guy masters all of his vocal skills and technique!

This reaction was A Lot! Never seen the two of you simultaneously so far in your feelings-Andrea swooning for all her life & almost drowning in a pool of tears and Sean the most riled up/incensed I’ve ever seen him over *checks notes* a Fretless Bass. Andrea desperately needed a hug and Sean desperately needed to be hosed down. It was heartbreaking & hilarious at the same time. Sean was so far off kilter that we didn’t even get the running gag/extended metaphoric riff that has become his signature trademark. Meanwhile Andrea looked like she was reminiscing over some boy who broke her heart forever or maybe just realizing how badly she wanted Dimash I don’t know, but it was entertaining as hell to watch. One point in Sean’s favor, the intensity and length of his rant kept Andrea just distracted enough that she didn’t go off the deep end into the bottomless pit of feels that can’t be returned from. I have seen so many reactions to this song and this is easily my favorite one. Thank you so much! It’s so uniquely bizarre and intense, Andrea with her eyes swimming in tears in need of any tiny bit of consolation and Sean completely off the rails about a minor detail that no one in any reaction has ever even mentioned once. This is why you guys get paid the big bucks I suppose. I don’t know you guys ever top this one. I can’t wait to see Andrea in her new Dear tiara and Sean in his new “No fretless bass” T-shirt.

Andrea, Lara Fabian is one of his idols and the first time they sang together was at Igor's 65th birthday celebration in Moscow. After they finished that the three of them got together for 3 days and Igor composed this and Lara wrote the lyrics. Then it was first performed here at the Moscow Kremlin Palace on International Woman's Day. As Elizabeth Zharoff would say "NO BIGGIE WOW WOW!!" LOL 🎶👱♀️👗👠👠💓 In Russia they don't usually stand as it blocks people behind them from seeing the stage.

Can you imagine if he sang this song at the Grammy's? All those "great" American singers would be like "F*#k!!!" shaking their heads and just "let's hang it up.....it's over.....we thought WE were 'great' singers......OOOPS!!!" In a press interview before Dimash's sold out huge Russian concert in 2020 one of his last 2 before Covid, Igor, Dimash and his Dad were at this short interview. And Igor said, the really great singers don't have to sing those conventional songs with the same 2 notes and the same 2 words over and over"......Yup. Actually have complexity here.....imagine that?!! Dimash, if you can believe, actually hit off notes during his London concert in 2018. I can't think of one single American singer on Dimash's level. I don't care if they're winners of The Voice, American Idol, multiple Grammy winners, I would challenge any of them to sing a DIMASH song and they would fail. Dimash is a vocal god.
@@anamour4747 I agree 100%. I've seen Streisand 3 times in concert, the best at the MGM Grand in 1994. I've seen Whitney Houston 2 times, Andrea Bocelli 2 or 3 times and many other "greats". I really enjoyed their concert. Streisand was still amazing in 1994....her voice is completely thrashed now....but after being introduced to Dimash a couple years ago.....while I still respect these other singer's contribution to music......Dimash makes every other singer I have ever heard either live or on recording sound like a Novice, so simple.....it's like after being transported to this heavenly realm that Dimash inhabits, listening to simple earthly singers is really hard to do....My biggest dream is to see Dimash live some day. I really hope so!

This song is a collab among four talented artists, Igor Krotoy for the music, Lara Fabian for the lyrics, Erlan Bekchurin for the arrangement, and Dimash for the performance.
Dimash also took part in the arrangement, like always. He himself plans how he sings his songs/their structure, and the music/use of instruments too. He is a true musician. Erlan makes the actual arrangements based on Dimash's wishes, but certainly Erlan can also suggest ideas. There is a video where Dimash, Erlan and Igor were at Igor's house, and Dimash explains the arrangement to Igor. Someone already gave a link in the comments...

Some background info: this song was sung as a premiere on a fashion show that caters the best Asian and Russian fashion designers, so the audience was handpicked. It was coincidentally on mother's day and is introduced as a present from Krutoy/Dimash to all mothers. The clothing of all people on stage were part of the fashion collection. The two men with the multicolored suits are very famous Russian conferenciers on the level of Oprah or Letterman in the states. The 2 sec shot of the blond woman in the audience at the musical introduction of the song is Igor Krutoy's sister.
Nobody has ever heard a voice like Dimash's. We are blessed to live in his time. I see what you mean about Krutoy's resemblance to Zinadine Zidane (I was at Krutoy's New York concert when Dimash was a guest). But I don't think Krutoy would head butt a competing Italian composer. 🎶⚽

This is a performance at the show of the respected Russian couturier Valentin Yudashkin. Igor is friends with him, this performance was like a gift and a tribute to the couturier. (*The suit on Dimash is from Yudashkin, he gave it to him) When I listened to this song the first 3 times, I cried. He's so beautiful, it's incredible. 😍 He is beautiful not only externally, but also internally. He is a very deep person. Dimash has gained standing ovations in Russia. He is that good. (And he isn't Russian, and quite new singer to many). At least 2 times: after 'Sinful Passion' and at the "Song of the year" after he sang LOTS. Maybe after 'Passione' too, but I am not sure if I remember that right.
Yeah, for sure Igor is in charge of the arrangements. It is true that he only plays when he worked with Dimash in the arrangements. They know each other so good.
It's in the Kremlin palace there is no way that they are going to react anything but "appropriately" in that place... Yes it is Igor's composition and the Lyrics are from Lara Fabian. the Orchestra was pre-recorded and the backing vocals were recorded by Dimash. Only Igor and Dimash were allowed to perform live. The head dominant mix technique that Dimash has crafted is absolutely insane and I can never get enough of those power belts he does. Sean is so right about the fretless bass! No reason to ever use one, that's why the precision bass was invented. This is my favorite performance of his. I'm surprised he didn't get a standing ovation. And if Sean didn't pause it so many times I think Andrea would have been in tears. 😉
You're right, he deserved better reaction from the crowd, but it's Kremlin in Russia, the audience is usually more reserved. Also it was a fashion show by a famous Russian designer (hence the suits :-)) and the audience is by invitation only (if I recall correctly).
I love fretless bass. Do you like Jaco? I understand that Igor wrote the song, arranged it, and the day before this performance they recorded it in the studio. So the music is a playback of that recording, with Dimish singing live.

Thanks for that about Jaco, and confirming my guesses about the recording - I would add that Yerlan Bekchurin and Dimash also had a hand in the arrangement, I understood it continued to develop till the performance - punching in overdubs, editing, etc. It's possible that Igor played piano live too, easy enough to mute the piano track in the prerecorded music - just guessing about that tho.
Another great D Reaction. One of the many interesting things about this performance is that there was no wind machine. The universe just seems to sense when Dimash is getting hot, or wants to look pretty, on stage, and create the wind accordingly😏. If you haven't seen them, Two other people who should be on the long list of artists who should be worldwide stars, but aren't yet, are: Morrisette Amon. She does a great cover of, Never Enough, in the Wish studio. A very pure and powerful singer. Chris Klafford. Swedish Idiol winner and AGT contestant. Great singer and guitarist, with more of a singer/songwriter vibe. Maybe one of his famous song covers? I have Never seen a Dimash concert before a Russian audience where they stood. Applauded, yes, but never stood. Except for one, when one man stood and applauded all by himself. And that was Igor Krutoy! So began a perfect collaboration.

I counted at least 4 times key change, maybe more?! His melisma and fasetto are so wonderful for awesome breath control. Can we talk about those F6 super cleaned and precise staccati. The ending part is like a firework: belting after hiting his knee on floor, full volume belting on mixed voice, yet going up 2 times higher, belting total 15 seconds. Such a vocal beast! So much physical strength required and huge pipe to produce those strong voice!!!

This reaction was A Lot! Never seen the two of you simultaneously so far in your feelings-Andrea swooning for all her life & almost drowning in a pool of tears and Sean the most riled up/incensed I’ve ever seen him over *checks notes* a Fretless Bass. Andrea desperately needed a hug and Sean desperately needed to be hosed down. It was heartbreaking & hilarious at the same time. Sean was so far off kilter that we didn’t even get the running gag/extended metaphoric riff that has become his signature trademark. Meanwhile Andrea looked like she was reminiscing over some boy who broke her heart forever or maybe just realizing how badly she wanted Dimash I don’t know, but it was entertaining as hell to watch. One point in Sean’s favor, the intensity and length of his rant kept Andrea just distracted enough that she didn’t go off the deep end into the bottomless pit of feels that can’t be returned from. I have seen so many reactions to this song and this is easily my favorite one. Thank you so much! It’s so uniquely bizarre and intense, Andrea with her eyes swimming in tears in need of any tiny bit of consolation and Sean completely off the rails about a minor detail that no one in any reaction has ever even mentioned once. This is why you guys get paid the big bucks I suppose. I don’t know you guys ever top this one. I can’t wait to see Andrea in her new Dear tiara and Sean in his new “No fretless bass” T-shirt.

Andrea, Lara Fabian is one of his idols and the first time they sang together was at Igor's 65th birthday celebration in Moscow. After they finished that the three of them got together for 3 days and Igor composed this and Lara wrote the lyrics. Then it was first performed here at the Moscow Kremlin Palace on International Woman's Day. As Elizabeth Zharoff would say "NO BIGGIE WOW WOW!!" LOL 🎶👱♀️👗👠👠💓 In Russia they don't usually stand as it blocks people behind them from seeing the stage.

From the first time I heard this song I've considered it a Masterpiece.
Dimash is a very complex, very modest, very deep person. Also a sublime handsome man, very wise. He is perfect. Can you imagine if he sang this song at the Grammy's? All those "great" American singers would be like "F*#k!!!" shaking their heads and just "let's hang it up.....it's over.....we thought WE were 'great' singers......OOOPS!!!" In a press interview before Dimash's sold out huge Russian concert in 2020 one of his last 2 before Covid, Igor, Dimash and his Dad were at this short interview. I can't think of one single American singer on Dimash's level. I don't care if they're winners of The Voice, American Idol, multiple Grammy winners, I would challenge any of them to sing a DIMASH song and they would fail. Dimash is a vocal god.
@@anamour4747 I agree 100%. I've seen Streisand 3 times in concert, the best at the MGM Grand in 1994. I've seen Whitney Houston 2 times, Andrea Bocelli 2 or 3 times and many other "greats". I really enjoyed their concert. Streisand was still amazing in 1994....her voice is completely thrashed now....but after being introduced to Dimash a couple years ago.....while I still respect these other singer's contribution to music......Dimash makes every other singer I have ever heard either live or on recording sound like a Novice, so simple.....it's like after being transported to this heavenly realm that Dimash inhabits, listening to simple earthly singers is really hard to do....My biggest dream is to see Dimash live some day. I really hope so!

This song is a collab among four talented artists, Igor Krotoy for the music, Lara Fabian for the lyrics, Erlan Bekchurin for the arrangement, and Dimash for the performance.
Dimash also took part in the arrangement, like always. He himself plans how he sings his songs/their structure, and the music/use of instruments too. He is a true musician. Erlan makes the actual arrangements based on Dimash's wishes, but certainly Erlan can also suggest ideas. There is a video where Dimash, Erlan and Igor were at Igor's house, and Dimash explains the arrangement to Igor. Someone already gave a link in the comments...

It's in the Kremlin palace there is no way that they are going to react anything but "appropriately" in that place... Yes it is Igor's composition and the Lyrics are from Lara Fabian. the Orchestra was pre-recorded and the backing vocals were recorded by Dimash. Only Igor and Dimash were allowed to perform live. The head dominant mix technique that Dimash has crafted is absolutely insane and I can never get enough of those power belts he does. Great reaction... oh and just love that fretless electric bass... 😎

Yes! Thanks for that about Jaco, and confirming my guesses about the recording - I would add that Yerlan Bekchurin and Dimash also had a hand in the arrangement, I understood it continued to develop till the performance - punching in overdubs, editing, etc. It's possible that Igor played piano live too, easy enough to mute the piano track in the prerecorded music - just guessing about that tho.

One of the many interesting things about this performance is that there was no wind machine. The universe just seems to sense when Dimash is getting hot, or wants to look pretty, on stage, and create the wind accordingly😏.
If you haven't seen them, Two other people who should be on the long list of artists who should be worldwide stars, but aren't yet, are:
Morrisette Amon. She does a great cover of, Never Enough, in the Wish studio. A very pure and powerful singer.
Chris Klafford. Swedish Idiol winner and AGT contestant. Great singer and guitarist, with more of a singer/songwriter vibe.
Maybe one of his famous song covers? Tennessee Whiskey or Either Way from Chris Stapleton, or if you want to go a little off the beaten track, an acoustic duet with Hanna Ferm of Cyndi Lauper's, Girls Just Want To Have Fun? All are on his channel, in what he calls the Kitchen Sessions.

Correct. At the big halls they actually request beforehand that people shouldn't stand up.

I have Never seen a Dimash concert before a Russian audience where they stood. Applauded, yes, but never stood. Except for one, when one man stood and applauded all by himself. And that was Igor Krutoy! So began a perfect collaboration.
