Savior has a chance of 0.5% so it is pretty hard to get. So good Luck!!!

@@lukekbm my luck has reversed card me i roll a couple days ago i get savior on dio and then i get 10 reroll potions on daily rewards so i roll on shiny gon for hawkeyed or sniper then i get savior with 6 rolls

You have to bring the dragons or you will not do enough damage. If you don't have them they are in the banner pretty often or you can trade for them.
