on 2:29 you have textiles with complex patterns - i don't think this is possible with the flying shuttle, for one, and secondly, i believe it was a cottage industry meaning that it was done at "cottages" ie peoples homes and not factories. it is more advanced looms that came in later and transformed it into industry, resulting in luddites 1811-1816 riots? which was like almost 80 years after the invention of the kay's shuttle in 1733... the original loom was actually good for luddites like you said in the presentation but not everyone managed to transform from a "bossman" into a factory owner i suppose... good video after all i enjoyed watching it
hey dude.. great video and really happy to watch that... we are in the flying shuttle manufacturing business and 'd like to know more about your project..

(addition to below) since the spinning jenny was not made, woven cotton and wool was under supply. so the price of cotton and wool must have gone up, but for a short while. also, better textile machines were being invented soon later. like the water frame invented by Richard Arkwright. dont think of this as trollin, think of it as me sharing my opinion and knowledge (or whats of it) nice song
good job kid. what grade are you in because we are studing early idustrialization in europe right now. i hate to troll but i have to the invintion of the flying shuttle did make work easier, but it did not get workers higher wages. the entreperneures did get a higher revenew but britain did not have labor laws or child labor laws so factory owners could care less about what they payed the workers. also, at the time the shuttle was made, the spinning jenny was not
