Great vid! I appreciated how much stuff you covered in a quick vid. I was surprised to hear carnivor diet can help with joint pain. Im all about that! I cant have bread, pasta, cereal anything with wheat or gluten due to severe celiacs disease. Also I think I would like the hit work out. Basically I was at 50 push ups in 5 sets of 10 but the goal is 100 in one set. Just for fun lol
