I’m having the opposite problem. The dealerships around me show NOTHING in their online inventory yet if you go in they have quite a few bikes. It’s caused me to miss out on several bikes I was interested in because when I go in and ask they say “yea we just sold one of those yesterday!” I’m like it wasn’t on your website…..
After looking into a VMax for a while and watching practically every video you have on the bike, I started looking. I live in Arizona and came across not only this same dishonest junk but every website I found it on looked just like the one you showed in the video. I do not like being lied to and will talk all the crap I want when conversing about it to anyone that will listen. Didn't see this scheme they had, ended up buying a bike I liked but was not looking for. The bike ended up having a blown out rear shock when I drove it home. Long story short, they tried to get it fixed when told them I was bringing it back for a refund. They now have the broken turd back and my bank account is still heavier.
The job of the website is not to show the inventory, it is to make you go in person to the site, and that is where the seller and the manager have the most opportunity to sell you something. Thanks for the video.
I have found that most Cycle dealers act and appear like carnies. Of course there is far fewer cycle dealers around today than 2005, and when it comes to competent Techs,,,good luck! Nice video Jeff. :)
Had the same experience with a Lexus dealer in Orlando. They had the car and was told it would be up front waiting for me. This conversation took place literally 15 minutes before I got there. However, when I arrived they had just sold it😂 Tried to sell me another model.

You would think by now companies would understand the importance of keeping websites accurate. Thanks for sharing.
