Texas has been having some crazy weather of its own last few days
lived in Mirfield for several years, played bowls for old bank but I do not recognise anywhere in this video.
Not much fun filming in this weather, but well done for recording this terrible event.

I’m from South Wales 🏴 my town called Caerphilly was hit very bad a lot worse than u
He is only showing you from one side and one area of the river. The John Cotton area was biblical, Mytholmroyd and Horbury Bridge were heavily damaged. Saying it was a lot worse without being there is a bold statement. My street alone had 14 Fire engine pumps (huge flood) pumps clearing the neighbouring streets for a week afterwards. Work 18 month on is still taking place daily now to try and repair the damage. Some parts at Healy may take 5 years more to repair. The River Calder at Adingford, Horbury met up with the Hebble canal 500 yards away and was flowing as one taking all with it. We know it was bad in Wales and we know how devastating it is but we wouldn’t gloat about other peoples misfortune saying look at us we had it worse! Everyone was a victim be it anywhere flooded yet again.
