For 2022 I was pleasantly surprised by Liu Ling Ling rendition of 一人一半感情不散 with the new lyrics. It goes to show that everyone has a space in Singapore regardless of status and profession.

Its main character has severe anxiety and is neurodivergent and basically manipulates and cons the entire school into thinking he had a close friendship with a schoolmate who had committed suicide and who actually was his bully. Completely removed from its context, You Will Be Found is a nice song, but it's amazing that this was chosen as a tribute to frontline workers if you know where it's from.

It affects different people to different extents, of course, so it's okay if for you, it stops at "it's a nice song, let it be".
