I want a B9 cascade. The Kody looks great but I worry it's floppy. I prefer a stiffer leather. Other than the Austin leather, which of the others are firmer leathers.
It's got more structure thank you'd think but it's definitely not as firm as an Austen.
None of the leathers offered for No.9 are as firm a hand as Austen in my experience. But most aren't floppy either.
Creme is a thicker leather and has nice structure but has a softer hand than Austen. It's not stiff but isn't floppy.
Buffalo Bill is bison and so it's very strong and durable. Bella and Meteorite are both used for bags so they have nice structure but still a softer hand so they aren't stiff but they maintain their structure nicely in my experience.
Great video! I have the Kody in two of the three types of No. 9 covers. You're right - that leather is wonderful! Now I need to get the one with cascade pockets. May opt for Emma as it will age beautifully. Thank you for sharing!

Dakota reminds me of Creme in Dark Chocolate. I would love the cascade style in Dakota.

Have you tried putting two composition notebook in the cover through another elastic band?? Curious if it would work!
You could definitely jump band two and have to in here. I don't know if three would fit (with one on the elastic and two jump banded around it). But I'll test it out!
