Raiju looks more like f22 but has f35's qualities

to beat a b11 u gotta work for it, the raiju may be faster but the b11 turns much quicker which means In a regular dogfight ur fucked. u need to be smart and strategic and use that massive speed and stealth advantage u have and use the world around u to ur advantage to beat the b11. I enjoy the raiju more because its the best overall plane in the game I can shoot down people on ground and in air with ease but any b11 who knows how to turn will beat in a regular dogfight unless u get the jump on em.
I agree with this, I have beat a b11 in a dogfight tho in the raiju cause if you learn how to stall/maneuver the raiju combining the vtol then you can even beat starlings ive done it before and so can anyone else
B11 is toast with a raiju pilot that knows how to use vtol.
I fought a raiju with a savage helicopter and i win.

Air to air in gta is my favorite everyone's approach to dogfighting is different
When ur having a dog fight and one of yall is heading downtown, it is because it is easier not to get locked on and get around a building to get behind you, especially when someone is using a B11 since it is slow
It's kind of a crappy thing to do but I understand why they do it. Also, the Raiju is faster than my B11 so he could have outrun me at any time by going straight and then turning back to get ready for another merge.

These days almost all players who try to attack you in planes are in godmode, it’s so frustrating to land good hits on a Raiju all the time and do no damage
He did damage no one was in godmode
@@timkunz5012 It is fixed in the chop shop dlc but beforehand, raiju was immune to regular bullet damage such as on ground miniguns and plane mgs
Raiju can withstand some missiles

I fought a Hydra & B-11 combo the other day on a Raiju. I won all the time. Though i think its not the planes, its those two pilots that are just not as skilled. But yeah, those were fun fights.
The outro transition was smooth
Down town is full of buildings and due to the 160 raiju’s speed it can get rid of most planes by weaving through the tall buildings

I saw that second kill coming but I didn’t think it could be possible after that long of an injury. Good one though I would of jumped out mid ways tbh.. 😂

i’m constantly flying super low around the city, no shit i’m usually level with the small trees outside maze bank because the lower you go the harder it becomes, only the best pilots can dog fight at full speed through the city buildings and most will crash and burn just trying to keep up with you 😂
They tryna use the building for the advantage. Smart move from them IMO. mostly a low skill pilot would pull that move against high skill pilot. I just use helicopters at that point lol 😂

I'd say save your money for now, there's tons of vehicles that can be used to defeat those vehicles, some more effective than others. For defensive purposes the Nightshark, and if you want to give it back to those pesky MkII buy a Deluxo.
Nose dive loop is a invented loop which is also defense you should also used your R3 more as well
Thanks for the tip. Btw, using R3 to use the back camera doesn't work as good on PS5 for some reason. I mainly rely on paying attention to my opponent's flight path and where his nose is pointed so I would know exactly where he is going and where he should be at all times.
@@zero_ghzgaming6382 you need to hold it down and not let go of it you were just clicking R3 for a sec but not holding it down for the whole df
That's the problem, holding it down makes the camera go berserk at times. I noticed that the Xbox version of the game doesn't have this problem, maybe because the Xbox's analog sticks are better.

You are correct. Flying downtown is a griefer's favorite tactic, but it is a bad tactic in my opinion if the goal is to get better at dogfighting.

Not everyone who aims at with missiles is going to launch them, it's really an issue that has never gotten the attention of the developers. People leave their homing missiles on totally unaware they can set their missiles with homing off.
Your point is valid, however this player is a known griefer. I watched him shoot down other players unprovoked prior this encounter. I had forgotten he was still in the air in his Raiju and when I saw him coming after me, I knew he was going to try to shoot me down. He's also a griefer on the ground. Interesting enough I've seen him again in freemode a few times after this, he likes to grief a lot, I think he's a score warrior. His username is unique, so I know for a fact it was the same player.
That Raiju pilot sucked some ass lol. With his jet, he could have reset the fight at any point, and he didn't lol. Good shit tho on your end

I should have used the barrage missiles, I sometimes forget about that the B11 has them.
it counted as their kill bc they damaged your b11 that much early when you were fighting both jets. i have crashed against the floor on purpose and it gives the kill to whoever damaged my jet last.

The raiju wasn’t a good pilot, the plane is way more capable.
He got you low to the ground so you would slow down
He would slow down too, planes in GTA Online are slower at low altitudes or below Maze Bank Building height. The B-11 is specially super slow at those altitudes, it didn't do him any favors in the end.

Nice dogfighting skills, I’ve been through worse I did a dogfight against I think a Starling, Pyro and a Lazer awhile back and somehow won a 3v1 then heading back to my hanger to repair my b11 after the dogfight I run into a B-11 attacking me and ended up beating him too I wish I could’ve recorded it 😒
Always record your dogfights bro, they make good content and you can always watch them back and learn what worked or didn't work specially when fighting against those 3 jets you mentioned.
i hate the raiju cuz there's no need to use any other jet in the game its the fastest jet without a speed glitch it has vtol which i think only 2 other planes/ jets have it has explosive rounds rockets its very maneuverable and the vtol in it is way easier to controll than the hydra's and it has off radar and the speed of it makes it able to dodge every missile from the back while going in a straight line (unless they're chernobog missiles)

Yeah, he wasn't that good at dogfighting. He is however, a nasty tryhard griefer whom I surprisingly have encountered a lot in freemode lately.

New type of griefers now just spam off radar in the raiju most can't fly that good too tbh lol
True, most griefers reveal themselves too early enough for me to react and go into a merge with them, showing how weak their dogfight game is. I am yet to find a good Raiju pilot that have tried to sneak up on me, most good pilots are straight forward and want to dogfight for the challenge.

Depends on how you intent to use the plane, I think the Raiju is good for everything but dogfighting and PVP.

@flamexgameroffical I prefer to use the B-11 for PVP against other players, but I use the Raiju as utility for missions, PVE ect... The Raiju is cool and is a must have jet if you want the ability to go off-radar and fly to places in the map really fast, but It's not good in a dogfight. I Hope this helps you make your decision.

Depending on what you are using he most definitely either A wanted to make you crash into a building
Or B try to get you low to where your speed boost is gone so he can have a advantage wich he did most of the raijus you fight are pretty predictable since they all usually use the same strategy when they cant outturn you they try bringing you lower or making you crash

Watching You Fly Is Agonizing, Try Keeping The B-11 Above Maze Bank Height && Learn To Slow Down In Turns
I'm not new at dogfighting, I know the B-11 is slower at low altitudes and I know how to control speed in turns, However I was just casually flying and not really taking it serious. Notice that I'm not even using the back camera to keep up, made for a good video though.

Dogfighting in GTA Online has a life of its own, it's not supposed to be simulation type dogfighting, and it has its own set of skills to master.
It has no skills to master. It has lots of loopholes which people take advantage of such as going in circles.
