    Dinkum video, mate. Love all the crosses. Know Polona loop well, as "Great Southern" stopped here for a while so the locomotives could change direction before we proceeded back to Orange en route to Brisbane on the "extended rare mileage" journey back in March.

    I really enjoyed this video, and who would think that watching trains cross at various locations would be so enthralling. Your videography and camera positioning, along with the informative captions, held my attention for the entire 28 minutes.

    How long does it take for when the trains crossed your train that you could proceed further down the line? How long do you have to wait till you’re allowed to go there?

    I didn’t know we had bells on Australian trains. Is this common on all or is it only some PN locos?

      Modern locos such as the C44ACI and CV40-9i (NR’s) are all equipped with warning bells used mainly for shunting purposes
