    For me I am a Flybaby now.
    It's the best system. I got things done and quicker that I've never done before.
    Seriously. I recommend to anyone FlyLady

    I love Flylady and have done it for years, I always say doing Flylady loosely works well for me 😂😂😂It’s a lot to bite off at once. My mom introduced me to her and I’m forever grateful!

    I change the sheets every two weeks for now. I get my comforter washing
    Then take up the sheets,
    Since I always have a clean set ready I've make the bed right away but it takes me, 20 minutes to the whole operation. My comforter gets into the dryer and it's ready to get put back soon, before lunch time.

      Oh yes an extra set would be helpful, maybe I’ll have to look at getting another set.

    🧼 🧹🧺 ✨ You are a natural organizer, Melesa! 🙌 Really great video of what The Fly Lady does, which is the first I have heard about her. I kept thinking, I won’t be shining my sink.😂 And then, you mentioned that at the end. Love the 15 minute ideas. Some tasks are so awful, a time limit is like a mini reward! Like you, I have implemented many ideas naturally, otherwise keeping things clean would turn into a huge task, and make life harder than it needs to be. Great job Melesa! 🙌✨

      Thank you so much! Lol I love that we thought the same about shining the sink. The timer is SO helpful!

      @@melesa oh yes, and the sheets, also! 😂 I’ve used timers with my kids to get as much done in that time frame, but looks like I might really like it! I have rarely used it for myself.😄

    Ok for shining your sink, the first time she tells you about this massive scrubbing and that’s for people who I think have never really deep cleaned their sink. I’ve watched her for years and listened to her and her house was a mess when she started and so shining your sink doesn’t mean scrubbing daily, once you get it clean you just do what you said, wipe it down or whatever. All I do is pour a little dishwashing liquid in mine and swish it around then rinse it back out, I don’t even dry mine. We use the sink all the time and I don’t get the point of drying it. I could care less lol. 😁

      Ah that’s good to know. Yeah that’s what I usually do is just wipe it with my dishsoapy cloth right after I do the dishes.

      @@melesa you did a great job with this video. Her system encompasses a lot and while I love all of it I can't do all of it every week. With being pregnant and having other kids you did amazing!!!😃😃😃

      @@dianasimplifies thank you so much! I think that’s one of the things I like about her is she does make it a point to say anything is better than nothing and we just need to do what we can.

    I'm taken aback that you let your children wear their clothes that they're going to wear the next day to bed! Do they wash their body or take a shower in the morning, people sweat during the night, people slobber. There are all sorts of body secretions and you let them wear their clothes that they slept in the next day?! If your children get bullied at school because they stink you'll know why, or do you spray them down with perfume so nobody notices??? One, of the things that the Fly Lady said was to lay your clothes out the night before and wash your body the next morning, don't you think that would apply to your children also???!!!🤔

    • @melesa
      @melesa  Рік тому +1

      In my personal experience my children are young and they don’t sweat that much so we have not had an issues. As they get older we will adjust as needed and I do like laying my clothes out the night before, so that will be what I teach them.
