You clearly don't know how nopixel works. Cops CAN know it is him using voice ID. They just can't prove it in court or use it as a basis for a criminal charge. Even in 3.0 in a completely blacked out vin scratched car, the cops could just say "Mr.Paul pull over". It is all fine.
Also if he doesn't report the car stolen he will get a warrant.
