Banned because of his anti-WHO/Health officials narrative in which he showed the numbers in didn't add up and the are cures that could have saved tens of thousands of lives.
Doc I feel your pain with the anxiety, my daughter is blind, has hundreds of seizures everyday, has half her brain disconnected, has had to have spinal surgery, shes tube fed and now they have to break both her legs and her hips. It feels as though she is slowly dying in front of me and there is absolutely nothing I can do to help her. But your videos and streams help me stay strong in such a dark time for me and my family. You make such a huge difference to peoples lives on a daily basis, stay strong Doc your not alone my friend because we are here with you!

If Doc would have said “Don’t sweat it... we’re on top of the mountain and we’re only half way up kid.” That would have been epic.
Twitch pulled the rug out from under him. He misses playing with his friends. Twitch needs to modify the ban and allow twitch streamers to play with Doc on stream.
Principled folks might double bird twitch and move platforms. Easy to tell people that when it's not my stacks on the line but why would these guys continue streaming on Twitch? Why remain in a place that can nuke you from orbit with out so much as an explanation? More over why would the Doctor want to share streams with someone on Twitch? Why would he want to give that platform his viewers?
Twitch needs to let any streamer to play with whoever they want. There's no reason for this. It's unnecessarily cruel.

Yaa..... I had Anxiety out of the blue back in 2012 talk to a doc about it for like 2 sessions and realized how it's all in my head.
Lucky I was born with a confrontational personality, which probably added anxiety sometimes, but I attcked it head on.
Flash forward in to today, I feel like a Perfect Cell looking back at a Husk of my former self. It's the best way I could explain it for those understand the Dragon Ball Z reference.
I feel Doc will be perfectly fine at the end of it all.

Same here. I'd never even heard of the guy until news of his ban was going around. Naturally, I got curious and wanted to find out what he was all about. I have never been interested in watching someone game stream but I just can't get enough of DrD. I don't know how many Twitch followers he had but I think the ban might be a blessing in disguise. This channel is growing incredibly fast.

I get that doc misses the twitch community, his friends, but this UA-cam return feels like the next level. The doc is the only streamer that has a chance to be bigger than streaming, he could cross over to mainstream fame.

Ninja will probably be an average/slightly above average streamer in 1-3 years, not that it matters his grandkids will be millionaires
@natesway34 I think ninja just appeals to a different audience/ demographic. Doc's character, cheesiness, theme, everything just kind of works for me, but others might be turned off by it. I think one of the things doc really has done that has set himself apart though, is actually take the idea of making a character for streaming to the next level. Most people (streamers) just act a little different/ maybe more silly, or goofy to appeal to that younger demographic, but doc really created a whole separate persona and built a platform around it that draws people in, something I just haven't really seen anyone else do. Granted I've never been on twitch and only stick to a few youtube channels.
The truth is that Ninja peaked at 43 million views in May 2018.
Shroud peaked at 21 million views in Feb 2019 and had 16 million last month.
Doc peaked at 53 million views last month.

Docs feelings are valid, I can’t imagine how it would feel if I showed up at my dumb job and they wouldn’t let me in or tell me why. Doc is obviously not accustomed to rejection, but he’ll overcome, probably in some spectacular way, hopefully he keeps us in his life. He’s helped so many people out with issues and by being open, honest and communicative he’s going to help many more.
I’m a new fan, a testament to the level of entertainment Doc creates, I’m a 40 year old woman, I rocked my NES back in the 80’s and 90’s but I don’t have an active interest in gaming, but Doc pulled me in

I don't think it has anything to do with not being accustomed to rejection, from what I gathered he is anxious about not knowing *why* he was banned. It's the fear of the unknown that is creating this anxiety.

I'm the same - I'm a player, not a watcher, only went on Twitch ONCE to see what PUBG was all about and found THE Doc. Now, I'm watching him almost every stream...
If people like us find/know who the doc is... That's when you know he's something special... A cut above.
More than anything, I hope he's able to use his experience to help others - there's so many people - boys - who need someone to look up to, someone that say "life is hard, even I, the two-time back-to-back get knocked down. Most plausible theory I've heard as to why Doc was banned: Twitch signed him to that big deal he had to keep him from following Ninja and Shroud to Mixer. But once Mixer folded, this was no longer a concern but Twitch still had this multi-million dollar obligation to Doc. So they banned him to get out of the deal.
Yeah that's what I thought, just cause of the timing and the shiftyness of twitch, was funny everyone clout chasing like slasher and other journalists

he has to be lying dude. theres no way he doesnt know why he got banned. he had a contract and they have to tell him how he violated his contract so they can part ways. they signed the contract too they cant just back out. i bet doc will never bring it up again because twitch agreed to stay silent. whatever doc did twitch is probably agreeing to stay silent so doc can still have a career outside of twitch. there has been no news of docs team suing twitch or even setting up a court date. trust me if they did we would hear about it remember the tfue vs faze? like i said i bet doc wont ever bring it up again. this was him addressing it in the most half way possible but at the same time still addressing it. someone prove me wrong i wana see what others think of this maybe im missing something

I've been dealing with anxiety and bouts of depression for 6 and half years after going through a real rough spot. It is hard to explain what its like unless you've experienced it. I've made a lot of progress in being able to cope with it all, still have my bad days. Oddly enough during Covid, I've almost felt normal. But to the Doc and anyone else that goes through anxiety and or depression, it gets better. If anyone needs help cause its so overwhelming, don't feel bad about asking for help or talking about it.

Yeah. I really miss his quads with Nick, Cloakzy, and Timmy. Had great chemistry and put on even better entertainment. Very low of Twitch if all that is said is true. Going to be a long road to build new rapports and friendships on UA-cam. So happy Courage is there for him.
Problem is once you’ve been banned from twitch anyone still affiliated with twitch can’t stream with you anymore. If they have a twitch stream going they can’t play with doc or they’ll get banned as well.

Doc, I know exactly how you feel. Over a year ago I was walked out of my job and put on involuntary leave. I felt as if my bosses were trying to do everything possible to take my job, home, and livelihood away from me. I went three months of not knowing if I would lose my job. It was probably the most anxiety I ever felt. Luckily I was completely vindicated and got to resume work. But everyday I go to work I live in fear of being put back on leave again. The best I've been able to do is take it one day at a time. Hopefully you can do the same.
Keep your energy high and focus on what’s working for you doc. The fact you still going shows you got the right motivation
