Not a fan of how now anyone who wants to do those bosses are punished for trying to go for the pet or the items when the update comes out. Im down for Wiley updates not down for making it harder for newer players vs the older who already have done the content.

It seems like Jagex would have learned their lesson long ago when they admitted that random events did nothing to stop bots. All they did was punish legitimate players and bots still existed. How history repeats itself. The sooner they roll back this change the better.
Same thing with coin pouches, the sleeping bags from RS Classic, pickpocketing changes, and now the revenant teleport changes. It's not even good game design, it's just shit for anyone that wants to do the content legitimately.
Sorry they've got small brain solutions. One in a million of their interns come up with a serious solution. Like actually watch accounts and manually ban them if all needed.

The fact the biggest PvP creator even sees how dumb this TB change in rev caves is says a lot about how blindfolded jagex is being. They say they're taking PvP feedback, but it's clear they're not accounting for clear bias
As someone who’s pk’d almost strictly PVM’ers for money and fun with friends for years. This is incredibly unfair to yall. Genuinely not good when I can catch almost every single TB with no issue. It really is an awful update and nobody can deny that, when I read it off in the patch I was shocked lmao

Like the pvmers shouldn't be forced to anti pk with a craw's bow against pkers who can KO them super fast and easily. They deserve to escape if they stay vigilant all the time and react faster than the pkers. The rev caves is now a trash place for pvm atm tbh. Only reason to go there now with pvm gear is to anti pk and maybe get some pvm loot on the side. But the guys on discord said that the update was good lmao, telling pvmers to "stop being a bitch and fight back instead of tping out".

I think the rate will be a bit worse but the kills/hr will be better. They said it's expected to take a similar amount of time as it currently does. Given they want to make the bosses viable without safespotting I imagine your kills/hr will go up a reasonable amount. Which is nice because you're more likely to complete a kill without a PKer logging in you. Which means it'll probably be a bit faster than it is now, due to incompleted kills.
@@pzodeosrs Yeah I'm hoping they also reduce their gigantic defences and have fair mechanics that don't instant stack you from full. Lowering the def to balance it for solo would make kills faster as is.

I like the wilderness teleport delay as someone who pls in caves and also pvm's you can't sit at 30 line and spam click royal seed pod when you see a white dot. It gives an added "risk" to the already dead wilderness and also prevents noobs farming too much gp who camp caves below 30. I am sad to hear they are making the dragon pick be available as a safe option though. Dragon pick axes will be 32k along with the dragon axes soon
