This is an answer from God to me. I was filled with the Holy Spirit and then backslide. I lost the Holy Spirit presence, and now I am back to the Lord with a surrender life, and I have been struggling that I have lost my salvation. Thank you for sharing your testimony 🙏

I backslid very hard when I was 17. I had decided that the Bible wasn't true and that God wasn't real. I had been wonderfully filled with the Holy Spirit speaking in tongues, but I still rejected Christ and "crucified him again".I was hounded with Holy Ghost conviction for almost 2 years and at one point the H.S. gave up on me because I resisted him so strongly. "My Spirit will not always strive with man" says the scripture. I was almost completely reprobate before I finally humbled my pride and repented. For almost 7 yrs I had to walk by faith that God had accepted me back because I had no joy or confidence and Satan had me under constant condemnation. I had to read and quote scripture on a regular basis to keep the devil's lies at bay. By the grace of God I am restored now and know for sure that he loves and has forgiven me. If you are thinking of backsliding please don't and quit listening to Satan's lies. Scripture says "resist/rebuke the devil and he will flee from you" in Jesus name. God bless.
God bless you. I pray that you could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit again, and be filled with all manner of peace and joy and love, I pray that God would restore your faith. I pray that the anointing to come will be greater than the anointing you believe you lost. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

That was a great testimony.
In one of my earliest experiences after truly turning to the Lord I had a dream I was at my in-laws house and my father in law asked me to cook the burgers on the grill and I was nervous about how I was going to cook them (my father in law got offended the one time I mentioned cooking).
The next day I went to their house with my wife and children and he asked me to cook the burgers and my dream played out.
After eating my brother and I went across the street to a friends house and I laid in the grass while talking to both of them and mentioned my dream. That’s when my friend who’s hooked on pills and was a Christian told me he had been having reoccurring nightmares about a lion scratching at his bedroom door and breaking in and biting and scratching him. That’s when I quoted 1 Peter 5:8 and told him he needed to repent and go back to the church. He didn’t and said he was fine and when he dies he will deal with it.
A couple years ago he was almost stabbed to death by a friend he had gotten into a political argument with while high on drugs. Still nothing.
This start to life would make believing in God really hard.
I can relate to so much of how he understood the bible.
God saved me and my 3 siblings within a short space if time when we were in our teens and early twenties.
As my sister said we were obnoxious before we met Christ but our Christian parents didn't disown us. They continued to pray.
Thank God that he has got plans that include a hope and a future for obnoxious teenagers and young adults.
Thankyou Father God.
I will be eternally grateful that even when I rejected you and turned my back on you, you never gave up going after me.

I can relate to your story and I thank you for sharing. I used to be filled with the Holy Spirit and I could literally feel the river of living water, out of my belly ( John 7:37) my dreams were vivid and when I dreamt about something it used to come to pass the next day, in perfect details. I could tell in my spirit the voice of God and of the enemy ( John 10:27) it was like I was in a bubble of protection, and in that bubble was love, joy , peace and I could feel the love and warmth of God. Mentioning
His name, felt like hot lava flowing throughout my whole body, and I would feel empowered. I had supernatural understanding and knowledge and could discern spirits ( 1 Corinthians 12:4-11) God's word come alive whenever I read the Bible and quote the scriptures, because it is the spirit that gives life. Because of trails and tribulations, I failed to guard my heart and sin followed, and I quanched the fire of the Holy Spirit and I lost everything.
In the name of Jesus, be restored of everything lost, stolen, and squandered. Be blessed above all you have ever asked for or imagined.
That sounds so familiar to me my mother and I received this from my dad. I would place myself between dad and my mom and brothers. I’d rather take the beating than watch my family receive it. My brothers and I have sworn to not carry this on. Through stories from the family we can trace domestic violence in my family 4 generations. The first abuser was not my great grandfather it was my great grandmother. He was a big man but after she hit him with something he would grab his lunch pail and got to work. I made the same mistakes as my mother and would forgive dad. Today years after he has died I know now I am supposed to truly forgive him I’m still having trouble with that. When I was a young adult, I heard my mom and her friends talking about someone they knew who had bruises on her face and that this person was putting up with abuse from her husband. Then I heard my mom tell her friends that she doesn’t have to worry about her daughter (me) being in that situation. Rather, she ( my mother) is worried her daughter ( me ) would end up in jail for “killing the abuser” .
Man, I couldn’t stop laughing. My mother truly knew who her daughter is!

I have had a walk that is checkered in wrong doing. The Lord has been with me every step of the way, and His grace was always waiting for me when I repented, praise God.
But it’s better to have never disobeyed for sure.
One good thing I can say is that I love the lord more today than I did before, given I’ve been forgiven of more. (Luke 7 verse 40-ish)
His goodness leads us to repentance, but you are blessed in obedience.
I pray it will remain this way for you and be a blessing to you.
God forbid if it does happen, you’ll be able to approach the throne of God for grace with boldness. Having full assurance and peace with the presence of God.

PEOPLE WHO CONTINUE TO SIN WILLFULLY AND NOT UNWITTINGLY ARE HELLBOUND WITHOUT REPENTANCE (HEBREWS 10:26).
