I will give him credit for one thing he cut the umbilical cord and got rid of Carr. We may be worse off but we are no longer paying $40 million a year to a guy that would get us to 7-10 or 8-9. With the tank season we should have a solid QB soon.
Josh and Ziegler were the best salesmen of a generation! They really convinced a fanbase and ownership what they were selling, which was complete garbage!

You realize talanted players on an offense, those coordinators get interviews for HC jobs and many get hired. If your team is successful, everyone kind of gets credit. Coordinators get interviews. That's kind of how this system works.

Didn’t want to trade up for stroud because he liked Bryce, holds the record for most blown leads by 10 or 15+ in a season, lost to baker 3 days after he was traded, didn’t cross the 50 yardline against the saints until the 3rd or 4th quarter, and lost to Jeff Saturday (only HC who did).
