The dated joke about erotic tentacle horror goes well with the praise of Divine Sealing over Eliminate Down. Especially since you went ahead and ignored Battlemania 1 and 2, and slagged off El Viento. It's all a bit inconsistent.
Especially when you're praising questionable arcade ports that have all the same flaws as El Viento, and less creativity.
This is as far from a definitive look at the library as it gets.
And picking a fight over the SNES's RPGs? Implying the Lunar games can't compete? Okay., sure, it's all opinion, but..
Phantasy Star IV's combat is flawed. You can only pull off team attacks if you're not interrupted by other party members or enemy attacks, and you have no way of knowing that order. You also have no idea how hard enemies hit, because it varies wildly, even with the same attacks on the same character from the same enemies. You're slow to level up. The long and repetitive mazes barely pose as dungeons.
Even at the time, this game had issues. I don't regret playing through it, but a lot of it didn't stick with me for very long afterwards.
Because it's not like the story is going super deep, either. That spoiler you gave away is the exception, not the rule. And that nonsense about ears and horns sums up the humor.
There's a reason why FF7 gets all the credit for a trope the Phantasy Star series adored. It's because FF7 does a better job of actually paying it off. (Hell, FF6 did a better job of paying off a minor character's death and the failed suicide attempt it inspires.)
Your removing the dislikes, which most people can't even see anymore? Not sure why you did that, because it'll only make it look even worse than it actually was. The dislikes were winning, but now it looks like a landslide.

Thanks for the in depth comment, people rarely give me feedback on my videos and i have a bad habit of taking jokes too far, but i dont know anything about the dislikes i didn't remove or change anything

Not sure what's going on with your likes and dislikes. I wish I'd taken screenshots of what it looked like earlier. Right now, it's claiming nobody disliked the video at all. And even the likes are a smaller number.
If it wasn't for MCGames down there, I'd worry I hallucinated the whole thing.
As for the feedback itself, no problem. Most people do a terrible job at it, so I try to go the extra mile when possible.
Also, about your humor? I really should have addressed that separately. For example, the tentacles joke was as relevant as GI Jane (The 90's really were the height of it all. Also, Japan generally regarded it as something serial killers enjoy. The west never had that issue, and tentacle dildos seem to be the biggest lesson we got from it.) yet I really enjoyed your rant about Nintendo fanboys.
Like they'd know whether or not Phantasy Star IV was the greatest 16-bit JRPG ever made?
I've seen Nintendo fans unironically praise Final Fantasy 1, which is a broken, confused mess of an alpha build that should have never been released to the general public. (I think their INT stat is broken. And I'm not just talking about the game.)
Just because I disagreed with the substance of the joke, doesn't meant I disagree with the sentiment.
I kind of regret criticizing the joke at all, when I could have joined in. Why must I constantly live up to my username?!
