I used Indian chili powder and it was wayyyy too spicy for me. I will try it with American chili powder next time... but the ratios and timing were perfect :)

Glad you liked it. You can use indian chili powder...just cut it down by 75% and work your way up!

You can do a Natural Pressure Release.....just let it sit till the safety valve goes down by itself and its safe to open.
