This is for HTML beginner:
If you want to link or insert any files that is outside of HTML's folder (in which the html file is) then use "../" as much time you back one step. For example - you have an image inside "A" folder and the html file is in "B" folder and B folder is also inside the A foler, then you write the path like this
NOTE:
1. Don't give any space between the two dots.
2. You don't need to bring all files in same folder but they have to be in same drive (C, D, E or other).
3. I did it with Notepad++ (i don't know other editor works or not).
Try if it works or not.

Hello Husain. Thank you! Here you made an example with jpg images. But how to implement the option of webp, so the browser can choose which format suits the best (because some browsers are not supporting webp). So I offer webp in different sizes and when webp is not supported I will offer jpg in different sizes. So I basically want a combination of different formats and sizes at the same time. Do you know a solution for that?

Dear Sir, if i have photo in same folder where html file is located then it works good. But i am facing a problem with Tag that if i have any image in another drive on hard drive and even i give complete path in html coding, browser isn't acessing the photo. What is the problem? I have checked complete path, extension and everything but it didn't work.

Save ur html and media on desktop then u never have to mentioned address just paste image or video name
