oh.. and happy halloween 🎃
Happy Halloween hope you catch more fish
HAPPY HALLOWEEN
Happy Halloween and sweet boat Becca
Happy Halloween becca
Happy Halloween so glad I'm seeing you on your boat. Looking forward to this video.
Greetings Becca - if you read new comments on old videos, that is. This is my first time to see any of your videos, so I don't know your background, but maybe I can make a couple of comments you'll find useful.
Regarding security of your things - like your boat trailer - a padlock isn't going to stop someone determined to steal something, but it will discourage someone seeing your trailer as a target of opportunity. So have a d-ring welded to your trailer hitch or somewhere and lock your trailer safety chain to it. Keep the key in the vehicle, don't take it with you where you might lose it.
Secondly, you have a sailboat. If you have all the parts, learn to sail if you don't already. It isn't that difficult. Even if you prefer using your motor, the sail will be a good backup if anything goes wrong - sailboats are difficult to paddle long distances.
The mast and boom can be used to rig up a "boom tent" - simply hang a tarp over the boom and secure it to the sides of the boat. That will keep rain out of your cabin, not force you into your cabin when it rains, and make it feel less claustrophobic if you are in your cabin.
Also, the mast is a good place to have a light at night.
Awe! We need more people like Nancy and Mark in the world! What great people.
Sweet I'm doing something similar with a reinell 22 and solar power , with a 5 hp electric outboard in.maine . I'll be in next summer so you just got another sub !
right!! i’m so blessed to have met them. i still text them a ton too!
That was really nice of them not to many people like them😊

What happened to your tiny house
Its cute that she adores bass!!
Idk if you will read this but a word of advise…when you light your gas stove, you should light your lighter or match BEFORE you turn the gas on. That way you have no risk of explosion especially when in a small space. I really been enjoying your videos. ✌🏼
A quick, and cheap, suggestion. A plastic rod holder mounted to the aft cabin will allow you to carry and use a cheap patio umbrella giving rain and sun protection.
The Nancy and Mark interaction was so warming. great video!
agreed :) they were amazing.
that's boater culture for ya :). most folks are there to lend a hand to other boaters
@@MalWave I'm from Maryland, grew up on the Chesapeake Bay...and you're 100% correct. Everybody is willing to help. In my experience anyway.
Nancy and Mark are gems! ❤
Just stumbled upon your videos & love them!! I'm an old boat person & love the water & fishing. One little hint, I'd like to share is hooking a float/bobber on your car keys. I saw yours hanging on the hook! If you do drop them overboard, they won't sink to the bottom of the lake! Another headache diverted 😲😖
Have fun on the water!!
What I’d like to say is so proud of you doing a lot of your trips by your self !!! I’m 52 years young and I’ve gotta do so much looking into a trip , you just jump in with both feet running!!!
Make a livewell or use a stringer to keep the fish alive this way you can always put them back later but if you dont catch u will still have something
Wow! What a great story! This is what the outdoor community, the fishing/hunting/game community, and all great conservationist communities are about!! We all share a compassion for Mother Nature, and when you respect it with great unconditional love, it gives back!! Hats off to this Young Lady for surviving and completing this lil journey. Im sure this will have a lasting impression as Mark&Nancy must think the same. This story will be told for years to come and Becca will be the Legend that Lives. I sure hope everyone else was inspired as I was! Thank you for a great video and what a memorable Quest!!
thank you Billy!!! i’m glad you loved the video :)
Becca might be in Nancy's next book!! 🎣 🍂 ⛵️
You are just the cutest, most down to earth, natural, brave and talented girl. A real breath of fresh air! Fun to watch, it’s like I’m there with you except I’m terrified of the woods, so I’m glad you go for me, thanks!
People like Nancy and Mark are the kinda neighbors you want lol
This was awesome. The boat is great. I could just imagine living on there for awhile. Waking up to that view wow... That smile of yours is what has people loving you. You brighten up our world. Watching someone fish is something I've never been interested in. Until I started watching you. It shows how much you truly enjoy what you do. Always follow your dream. Love you your adoptive NANNIE. Be safe and have fun
you’re too kind!!! thank you :’)
We took a sailboat and made it a troller. Took off sails, but portable potty, stove, cooler, radio, raised the top and added windows all around. It was so much fun and fishing was a great time on it. Dream big Becca....... you can and will do amazing things girl!!!!👊🏽💪🏾🌹💪🏾🎣🎣. From your Colorado fan🥰.
At least you do it for 3 days, these men just do overnighter good for you. This is awesome.
My youngest son is 6 years old he was very excited you have a diary allergy ( not in a mean way) he is allergic to wheat, dairy, eggs, and somehow recently green beans. We watch your videos as soon as we see them pop up and for sure he won’t let me miss one ever now. He said to make sure to say try his Mac and cheese Daiya brand
I’ve tried that one!! it’s so good. i definitely like this one better because it resembles kraft mac and cheese which I use to LOVE as a kid. but it’s not as creamy!
Go Becca, love the video. I'm 65 and have been fishing since my Mother gave me a cotton string/hook fishing kit when I was 4 years old. I watched you cast parallel to shore, jigging and jerking the baits and I knew you were an experienced sports girl. I really like the boat, had not thought about that option but wow how great to have a camper and fishing boat in one! Instead of truck, my toyota sienna serves as an on-land camper, very comfortable and holds a single or double mattress. I have a trolling battery/motor as well and use it on rental jon boats. I also added a fish finder with the transducer on the bottom of the trolling motor. Allows me to always know precise depth, contours, and structure. Very helpful for targeting fish, gps, way points, maps, etc. Had all that equipment and much more when I had my Procraft Fish/Ski Johnson90 which I completely converted to a fish deck in front which made a very nice bass boat. Been on reconnaissance missions this week trout fishing in Missouri to help plan a week long trout fishing trip with the brothers in the next spring. Always keep fishing, it has continuously brought me much joy. Cheers and Ciao!
Keep a wet towel in a bucket whenever your cooking. Safety first. Fiberglass burns really well once it’s lit.
Great video 👍🏼. Always anchor from the bow …. And please get an anchor light !!! My dad advice !! 😂
Mad respect to becca for doing this and you'll only get better. What a way to close off a monday night #letsgo
thank you :)
i guess one of the big reasons i like your channel so much is because watching the video feels like we got to hang out, and you seem like the kind of person i would hang out with. in a way, it's like i was able to do some of the fun things that i don't get the chance to do, because i watched you do them. probably sounds weirder than i mean it to. keep up the good work.
that’s exactly what I’ve always wanted to achieve. to make videos that aren’t click bait crazy and all that none sense, just us hanging out doing some adventuring you know?
@@beccayaseen virtual hugs to you

How great to see a young lady out in nature doing something she enjoys. I have a son about her age and I love to see young people like that doing anything outside and away from cell phones and electronics!
Becca needs a house boat! We need to start a go fund me so she can get one
I really enjoyed this video. I would so do this myself and have the best time ever. Good for you. We need more people like Nancy and Mark, it was so nice of them to keep checking up on you and invite you over for breakfast.
I love these longer videos. Deserves a ton of views. This is a survival video. Love it!
Thanks for the adventure!! ⛵️🐟
What a beautiful smart down to Earth woman! She definitely has guts traveling by herself and doing what she does! 😊
So nice to see that you are enjoying yourself in my beautiful state...New England is so beautiful! Your boat is amazing and it is so great to see you having an amazing time!! Keep the amazing videos coming!!!
Becca great video! Loved that lake, I can see why you feel at home there. Super cool that you met people that wanted to look out for you. You seem to have the type of personality that people are drawn to. Have a great week!
thanks Stacy!! it was so fun :)
What a great video, your best one yet!! Thank you to Nancy and Mark for being so generous!! Loved it💜🐠!!
This day and age you are brave. I admire you. Take care of yourself.
I just started watching your videos 2 days ago, and I love them all so far. You have a fun and adventurous life
Wow, I have to say this has to be my favorite video. That is so cool to sleep, fish, and cook and eat on your boat. Fish n cook looked like so much fun and im the same way with fish i rather release most of them. Omg, that view and the colors of the tree was just breath taking definitely don't see that here in tampa florida. I was alittle worried when you got in the car alone with Mark because you just never know but glad they turned out to nice people. I Can't wait for another boat stay again and as always stay safe 💗
Mark and Nancy are AMAZING! I love them! They are such sweet people. Great video Bec!! Nice yummy catches too. It's been a beautiful Fall season - best time to fish and film 👊😎🎣
Hey Becca…a friend of mine made me Cajun seasoned fish years back, and it’s since become my go to method to prepare grilled fish, especially the “Red Fin” Lake Trout we get here in Lake Superior.
I’m generally keeping trout in the 3-4 lb range, but I have done this with Tilapia and Salmon from the grocer too…Baste your fillets with cooking oil of choice, then liberally coat both sides with your favourite Cajun seasoning, (I’ve found cheaper brands have too high salt content for my liking , I like Club House or Hy’s)…grill on high heat searing for 2-4 minutes depending on thickness of fillets…remove from heat and drizzle with liquid honey. Easy and so tasty.
I used a fish grill on bbq for this, but now I’m using a cast iron griddle to get more of a sear on fish, pan would be fine too.
Enjoying vids, Cheers! 🇨🇦
Look like a fun trip. Kind of a bummer it rained so much, but that adds to the adventure. Stay safe and good adventures! ✌
I caught a big catfish when it was raining.
Becca needs more attention! Her channel is awesome ‼️
Wow, what an awesome video, so much going on. Thanks for taking us along. So Kool to meet some awesome folks on the water. Love this content, keep it up.
Mad respect for throwing our homie the bass back home 🤙🏽
Just found your channel and the Nancy and Mark interaction was so sweet. They seemed like a lovely warm couple.
I went camping one time and went to sleep listening to peaceful rain hitting my tent. I woke up the next day and I was floating around my tent on my air matressss. Floooooooood!!!!!!!!!
what an awesome video!! congrats on an epic 3 day trip!! much love until next time Becca
Due you plan to get a mast and sails for your boat . You can see it has a centre board retrction module . The part inside you want to make a table top out of . Your boat is a trailer salior and that partion at the cab entrance is where you refract your running board to .
The autumn is amazing in full color❤
Living the life. Ive camped on lakes on my old pontoon boat and in houseboats and nothing in the world better than waking up and seeing the water like that and fishing. I could live that way my whole life
Nancy was a beautiful soul!!! 💜
If I'm sleeping on the water by myself on anchor I like to use 3 anchors. You never know when a storm will kick up. You don't want to wake up on the rocks. And you need a stern light. Stay safe and have fun.
Such an awesome time in your sailboat! Meeting new friends too, so cool 😎. Becca, ya know...maybe take your three front hatch wood planks and see if clear or UV plastic, plexiglass or shatterproof glass can be cut to fit that same opening. Doing that would let you see out longer while keeping rain, or winds out of the cabin. Kind of a clear storm door of sorts. Anyway, just a thought for something later. I love what you've done to your "cabin on the water." I watched the entire makeover video so seeing you enjoy it was a great treat!
Mad respect on releasing that bass💯 I know how you feel about not wanting to eat them. They're a beautiful fish 🐟
That first fish you threw back warned it's fish friends to stay away. 😊
I have lived on my 22 feet sailboat this year from 17 of april and will fly back to Spain end of october. No big problem to live onboard. I downsized from 35 geet to 29 , changed again to 27 feet. And last downsizing to 22 feet
I love it . Eady handling, easy to polish , easy to sail. And suddenly i got 2 of the same boat type. Maxi 68. One with inboard engine , second with outnoard engine = the best = you can get theese boats for free in Sweden
Great trip! And Nancy and Mark! So cool! Good people!
I subscribed as soon as I saw you fishing, seeing a female fisher men is very rare for me so I love you now
This looks like the perfect way to live, if you ask me! On the water....fishing everyday!
Дуже круто! Чудова природа, чудова погода! Дякую за відео!
good on those locals for checking in on you and giving you a safe place just in case!
So fun! I hope you get many more adventures in the boat!
I love that you're doing camping videos in an O'Day Mariner! So rad! It warms my heart to see another Mariner back on the water pulling overnighters. ⛵🤙
Awww what lovely people you met! So nice!
What great people mark and nancy are. Live it
Awesome looking boat. Happy to see you having fun.
thank you!!
You need a Bimini top so you can sit outside when it moderate rain and great sun protection on sunny days
Really awesome video, Becca. I hope good things happen for Nancy and Mark. There needs to be more people like them in the World.
Yes, the lights make it cozy!! 😊
That lake is gorgeous. I’m in California and it’s pretty here but I’ve never seen trees like that reflected on the water. So cool!! Thank you.
It looks like a great time! Definitely a great memory
You're so rad... you goin out and doin all this on your own is awesome to watch. Always wanted to do stuff exactly like this just on a enclosed pontoon. Keep it up!
What kind of rod are you using? I loved to know where I could buy it?
Hola gracias por permitirme estar en casa para seguir creciendo saludos cordiales desde Mexicali 👍 muchas bendiciones 🥰🙏
For something different, u might like Greek all purpose seasoning. If u like the taste of the fish and don't want to overpower its perfect. I literally put it on and in everything!!
Wish it wasn't below freezing temperatures here in Northern cali. Gotta travel to central cal just to be able to fish.
Those are the most adorable caring people!
Great videos. A suggestion. Get more anchor rode, maybe a Danforth, and a couple yards of chain. If a squall comes up you will want better ground tackle.
That was pretty cool they gave you their number! Safety first. What fun Becca! Ear plugs. Love the video.
Great lighting via Christmas lights
I really have a lot of respect for all your hardwork on the sailboat, and finally getting to do what you love to share your experience with the rest of us. You're such and awesome person glad to be a viewer :)
Other people might roast you, but I won't. Your reverence for the sport is respectable.
Becca: “BEAUTIFUL AND WET, BEST COMBO”
My Head: “Yes Becca, most definitely the best combo!”
What a fun adventure! ... very cool!
Becca, please consider getting a small gimbaled stove if you’re going to cook inside the boat. I know you’re on a lake but it’s worth the investment. Love your videos. You’re doing a great job!
Love the video! More fishing/camping videos would be amazing
That was an awesome fishing trip Becca. Thanks for taking us along with you. I'm like you, I would have thrown the bass back and kept the blue gills, better eating. Take care.
Oh god that was something else! You HAVE to do a bass catch and cook now 😋
Definitely enjoying your adventures!
And now it’s FREEZING 🥶 in New England 😞 to think we only spent 3weeks in fall weather 😭
The Old Bay is like the home you grew up in that's always comfy and welcoming, the Cajun is like a close friend or relative's home that feels familiar but is new enough to be exciting
yes exactly!!
Bro, scale and cook them suckers whole. Tail is the best part!
Mark and his wife are so awesome!
A+, would LOVE to see more of these multiple-day adventures... especially on the boat
Good going. Keep it up. Your an inspiration for your kindred souls.
I admire you for living the dream!! I fished a lot when I was young, and would have loved to have had a boat to sleep in.
Hello becca i truly admire your skills on your boat..wish you all the best..i would love to join you ❤❤❤
If those bluegill like that big popper you would slay with a fly rod and spider or popper
I love the fact that you're from Warwick, RI. I was born and raised there. Grew up in the Norwood Section Near 37. Just found you and subscribed!! Go get em!!
Wow that was some heavy rain like, monsoon type. I've never seen it so bad. I'm sure the lake rose several feet... How'd you all ever make it thru it?
Becca, you and Mav would be a perfect match!
So all those bass you threw back were all totally reasonable size to eat. Taking a few of those “nibbler” sized bass out will actually be beneficial to the Lunkers that are definitely in that water.
Awesome! I love bluegill, cut off head, gut, scale, fry whole, the tails are like tasty chips and you get more meat 😃
Maybe becca needs a live well? (Or a bucket with an aquarium pump. lol)
