I ran into the same problem you did in my townhouse when I purchased. I wanted the same style table and it was going to be too big for the space. I ended up going with the round silverado glass table with chrome base at CB2. Added 4 velvet like chairs from wayfair and it came out beautifully. My place is setup like yours. Open concept. Maybe look into what I did for your space. It may work perfectly too. Keep in mind once you have chairs its going to add less room if you go with that larger table you were looking at unless its on the smaller size. You also have to consider the room to walk around and have even flow to the room. You don't want to have the room cluttered when its in one big space like that. Oh and congratulations. I have been in my place 1.5 years. Best thing to come home and be in your spot.
@@AsToldByBri Yes ma'am I love my table. I have had it for a year now. Superior value and heavy glass. Plenty of room for table setting for 4 as well and you can change the arrangement of the base in an x formation or L type formation. I have it in the L type formation so my chairs fit right inside the table to conserve room. The glass top gives the space and airy type of feel.
