As a doctor during my internship out of all departments one of the most traumatic and monstrous cases I have seen in the gyno department, some of the cases included a new bride who is barely legal have a terrible cervical tear, my PG insisted that girl should file a case and put that patient case in "MLC" but girl refused but my pg tells her mother in law who thinks her periods didn't stop, so basically I can understand why women prefer experienced man because stupid person in a arrange marriage can really do terrible things to women during intercourse

Why Do I Keep Dissing Others?
Sometimes I wonder why I feel the need to tear others down. It’s not like I gain anything lasting from it. Sure, it might make me feel powerful for a second, but deep down, I know the truth: it’s not about them-it’s about me.
The ego plays a big role in this. It’s always there, whispering in my ear, telling me I have to prove myself. “Don’t let them think they’re better than you,” it says. And so, I do what it wants. I throw out a jab, a diss, something sharp enough to make me feel like I’ve won. But even when I win, it doesn’t feel real. It’s like eating junk food-it’s satisfying in the moment, but later, I’m left feeling worse than before.
Then there’s society. It’s like the crowd cheering me on, egging me into this toxic game. Everywhere I look, dissing is celebrated. It’s in the music, the shows, the way people talk online. If you’re clever with your words, people call you strong. If you can roast someone, they act like you’re untouchable. Society has turned tearing others down into entertainment. But what kind of power is that if it leaves everyone hurting, including me?
I’ve started to realize that when I diss someone, I’m not attacking them-I’m running from myself. I’m hiding behind my words because I don’t want people to see the parts of me I’m insecure about. It’s easier to shift the focus to someone else than to face my own fears.
But that’s the thing: it’s not making me stronger. It’s just a mask I wear to avoid the real work. Instead of dealing with my insecurities, I cover them up with clever lines and cheap wins. And when the moment passes, I’m left with the same doubts I had before.
I can’t keep blaming society or my ego forever. At some point, I have to take responsibility. Yes, the world encourages this behavior, and yes, my ego tempts me into it, but I’m the one making the choice. And honestly, I’m tired of playing this game. It’s exhausting pretending that dissing others makes me feel better.
If I’m being honest with myself, I don’t want to be the person who tears others down just to feel strong. I want to be someone who builds others up while building myself up too. That kind of strength doesn’t need applause or validation. It’s quiet, steady, and real.
So, I’m making a choice. The next time I feel the urge to diss someone, I’ll stop and ask myself why. Am I doing it because I genuinely believe it’s right? Or am I just trying to protect my ego again? If it’s the latter, I’ll let it go. Because dissing isn’t power-it’s a distraction from the person I’m trying to become.
This isn’t going to be easy. The ego doesn’t give up without a fight, and society isn’t going to change overnight. But if I can take even one step away from this cycle, I think I’ll feel freer. I’ll feel lighter. And maybe, just maybe, I’ll start becoming the person I really want to be.
