Couldn’t have done that without teams from the same group playing each other. If you added a “no regions” clause LEV would’ve been forced to play Heretics which defeats the point of a lottery.
@@Adro1t03 if we included both the current “no same group teams on same side of the bracket” rule and the “no same regions” rule, LEV, the first 2nd seed drawn, would’ve automatically had to play Heretics. It just kind of defeats a point if a lottery if you have so many clauses that the very first seed drawn can only go into one slot, not very random. The same applies to Fnatic, I agree with your point but I think they care more about diversifying the matches and avoiding teams facing each other multiple times than teams from the same region matching up.
