Pile 2 here: you just described my oldest son's dad. We went our separate ways but stayed best friends after we had a kid together. Our child is our love and light and sometimes I wonder what he thinks when he sees his dad and I dancing together to old music. He has commitment issues but he is there at the drop of a dime whenever I need him. He quietly panics in the form of emojis when I am unable to get to the phone. Through the difficulties in life he has always been there so much that I even see him in dreams sometimes instructing me if I am about to go through a difficult journey in a dream. If I had to put him in an analogical scenario, it would be like this, imagine me hanging over a cliff constantly try to climb over, and I keep slashing the ropes free of anyone who tries to seem better than me and there he is no matter what anyone else says just saying "Don't worry about that one just shake it off." And his rope is constant and more secure than anyone else's. He's like that for everyone he cares about but he's like that for me too.
I picked pile 3. The jumbling of words very much resonates. With this person, I have liked them since, roughly the beginning of this year. I have barely seen them for the whole month of March, but I have seen them a lot more recently. I hope to continue seeing them. Honestly, we haven't had an actual, full on conversation yet. But some moments have happened or little things or situations that have happened between us. I have been wanting to talk to them, and I try to. But something in me doesn't put that into action. My body just- seemingly cannot move towards them. Although my mind is always thinking about talking to them. I also think it's inpart of just not having the opportunity too- like everything is just so busy and it seems like it's never the right time. Just today, I saw them at church. I pray about it sometimes, and I see a lot of repeating numbers, and a lot of cars that are the color in which this persons' family drives. I honestly cannot pin-point if this person likes me or not, as they never try to talk to me it seems, and honestly, they may not feel like they have the need too- as we are kind of still strangers- besides some moments that have happened, actually, now that I think about it, a lot of moments. A lot of energy filled moments for me that seem way too weird to be a coincidence.
I trust in timing and that everything will work out the way that God intends.
I also do see this person in my dreams quite a bit- more than I think I ever had with any sort of previous crush or anything.
I feel like they are the one- But with us never really talking- it feels weird because I don't know how they feel. I feel like they like me, but how do I know it isn't just me telling myself what I want to hear?
As much as I would want to go into detail about every moment that has happened with them- here is something that happened today.
Usually in church, my family sits near the back and on the opposite side as the person I like. And the person I like is usually to my right, and in front of me, but far away from me because we are on the other side of the church. So I can see them pretty good, but they woud have to turn around or turn to the left in order to look at me. Today, we sat like, a bit behind them and their family. Not directly behind, but a but behind in which I was, in a way, directly parallel to this person. My church talks about how coincidences don't really exist, and that everything that happens is intended by God and his timing and whatnot. One person actually mentioned coincidences today during their talk/testimony.
At some point, I was looking down, and I ran my hand through my hair. I have short hair and was basically doing the pushing hair back thing with my hand that boys sometimes do. I look up somewhat while doing this, and realize they were doing it too, at the same time as me. Now, that COULD be a coincidence. I am not ruling anything out.
This person, also, leans forward a lot during church. Never really standing up straight. They sometimes turn over to the person sitting next to them to talk to them, or whatever. At one point, I see their head turned as if somewhat looking behind them, in a way. I cannot see their eyes because their hair was sort of in their face. I was looking up at the person talking during church service. I then, look down at their face, seeing that they were not leaning forward how they usually were and their face was sort of visible, besides their eyes. Once I look at them, and where their eye would be, they turned around, and as they did, dropped their phone on the floor. They then picked it up and was then leaning forward again. I have no idea/ don't remember if their parent was talking to them or not at that time, because usually they only look over if someone is talking to them.
But I don't entirely remember what I felt in that moment. I did wonder in that moment if we made eye contact or not. It felt sort of weird, but I somehow didn't feel that nervous about it. I just thought it was weird.
I honestly don't know what to do. Well- I do. I want to and feel like I should talk to them. And I will. It just doesn't seem like I can right now, they are never just- not doing something- in a way. They are almost never alone in which we can just talk. But I trust I will talk to them soon.
Like before, I couldn't talk to them because I didn't see them for a month. But I seen them three times recently, and all times I didn't get to talk to them. I will soon.
I always ask for signs I should talk to them, for confirmation- in which I believe I have been seeing, again, in the form of numbers and colors and cars. But I am too stubborn and keep saying it's a coincidence. I know what I must do, but am not sure if I have the strength to put it into action.
Life is weird. I also think that this persons parents and sibling knows I like them. But that could just be me reading too much into things.

Hi thanks for sharing ❤️ I would say the most important part of knowing how someone feels or knowing what they want is communication, I’d focus on communicating more with them first and if that gets you out of your comfort zone then that just might be another reason to do it, you can always start slow like just saying hi to them and ease into it more. ❤️ you definitely already know what to do, and by your comment I can tell you are in fact a great communicator, I hope it works out for you friend 🫶🏻 good luck
