Please ensure you get the flooding issues resolved before we tell everyone how great LC is to live. I've been here 25 years. The SR 79/I70 flooding issues have gone on and on and on. And, the devastating flood of
20 March, 2020 never got declared a disaster by the WH. So, all of us who were bamboozled by our realtor and developer by telling us our properties were NOT on the FEMA flood plain map (interestingly, they had our properties removed at prior to groundbreaking and told us we wouldn't even qualify for flood insurance), are out of pocket $30,000.00 plus per unit, at least 100 of us. And that isn't even taking into account the thousands of other individuals and businesses in Newark, Heath, Hebron, Pataskala, Granville that suffered great loss and damage during the flood and the first pandemic in 100 years in our country. We got lost in the COVID-19 shuffle and to this day we cannot even declare the losses on our taxes...things in LC are not as rosy as this video depicts. Property buyers, beware.

I have family still living in Johnstown Ohio which is in Licking County. Although most of them are gone I still have a great aunt who lives there. And she will soon be 98 years old. A wonderful woman. Both of my grandparents families live there although my grandparents are no longer with us. Johnstown has always been a fun place to visit, and it's gross has gone rapidly over the years.
