They are holding onto air because the animations to hold onto other trucks in the game was used. I don't know if modders could change the passenger animations so that they can attach properly and on each new modded vehicle
Hat looks like an 8-point marine hat but it doesn't have the EGA nor an army rank nor a nametape on the back. Nametape and branchtape are supposed to be slanted and above the slanted velcro pockets that are non existent. No zipper or button up is present. No velcro for rank is present.
