Lots of love,
Tanner, Risa, Willa + Noa! :)
Thanks for trying out our box! We enjoy seeing you react to these tasty candies and snacks from Japan 😻😻
It was so fun!! We loved them 🫶😋
From a Japanese, I recommend you guys to go to drugstores for snacks. The order of prices goes up by drug stores, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
Tanner, your ability to pick up languages is amazing! All the snacks look interesting and I know what you mean about chocolate not being great... Keep on trying stuff!
Hello lovely family, so lovely to see Willa’s excitement trying so many yummy treats. A very fun family activity 🍭🍭
お子さんが、とてもかわいいので、お子さんの初めてシリーズみたいなのが見たいです🥰
5:18 Edible rice paper. In England I used to buy coconut macaroons in bakeries, which were baked on rice paper. Don't see them anymore.
nothing compares to Milka or Lindt!!!!!!! Cookiewise are the Japanese world-champions!!!! My wife just came back from Japan and brought Pocky-strawberry, korokke-pan and curry-pan and a suitcase full of Osembe. I love it!!! also she brought Pocari-sweat powder to make drinks. Sugoii!!!
The chocolate/pretzel mushrooms are like a little version of Mikado...🤔
I would be interested to know how much rent you pay for the house. Recently saw a video where someone paid 1200 euros for 20 square meters in Japan
Hi guys :) maybe this is a bit of a weird comment but I just wanted to apologize for giving you guys such harsh comments when you decided to leave germany. At the time, I was just worried about little Willa and being overprotective. I am not trying to excuse it, just trying to make you understand that it came from a good place. Still, it was inappropriate of me to respond as harshly as I did. I am genuinely happy that I was wrong about the move being a bad idea, and I am happy that you guys are happy! I hope you all accept my apology, and I wish you continued health and happiness as a family! :) Best wishes from the Netherlands :)
Hi!! Thank you so much for this comment. We appreciate the insight and accept your apology! 🫶 It means a lot to us that you would take the time to reach back out. We did receive a lot of negativity, and although we still felt right in our decisions, it was still a bit hard to read the comments. So, thank you!
How long will you guys be living in Japan?

いちごポッキー食べたくなる〜lol
oh the first japanese comment here....こんにちは, greetings form germany 🙂
Mmmm they were seriously so good!!
We love seeing the Japanese comments sprinkled in here between our amazing European audience! 😊
@@isana788 I chat with a german tourist today in japan. haha. He said "I learned some japanese. Ichi means one in japanese, and Go means five. But I'm curious why does 1 + 5 , ichi plus go , turn into strawberry いちごichigo". 🤣
@@masayama1618 haha, i had to read this twice.
This is the third year in a row that you've tortured me with snack videos during my summer body diet. But I'm really surprised why the Japanese are all so thin.
We love a good taste testing video!! Happy you do too! 😋 The Japanese people have such a great relationship with food (it seems so from our perspective at least). There is Japanese saying about eating until you’re only 80% full, really being present when they eat, eating a variety of foods (yes including snacks and desserts too but also a lot of other foods), and really viewing food as such an important thing! Also they’re super active! Most walk and ride their bikes daily!
@@OurStorytoTell these japanese people are so smart. but I'm surprised that there are instructions on the chip packaging on how to use them correctly. They're so clever, they don't actually need it.
@@isana788 @OurStorytoTell . At 11:22. A purpose of that instruction is to lose their amount of garbage by folding the package. When they fold the package correctly, they can see a four leaves clover. It's a fun prize for cooperating for losing amount of garbage.
@@masayama1618 wow thats cool

Interesting.
What are the ingredients like over there? Do they use a lot of sugar, coloring and preservatives like in the US?
Seems to me that the Japanese eat a lot of rubbish.
Their snacks for a reason LyNdA 🙄 what do you snack on? Doritos?
@@chellyd.7977 I am referring to all the food videos up to now. Lots of highly processed snack type food wrapped in plastic. Maybe that’s something Americans are used to but here in Europe we go more for fresh products and we are cutting back on plastics. Of course I also eat Chips and sweets but in moderation. Even the restaurant meals they have shown us seem to be on the fast food lines although I am sure some taste good.I appreciate that this couple do not eat this rubbish all the time, she is a dietician after all, it was remark about the Japanese not this family.
@@lyndaf.6329 And yet the obesity rate percentage in European countries is over twice the amount of Japan and longevity is also higher than any European country. I doubt most Japanese people would be so thin and live a long time if they didn't eat mostly healthy food.
@lyndaf.6329
Karen? I kid u not, 99% of japanese are skinnier than you, your comment is pointless. It's about snack. Get over your superiority complex. Your view is outdated. Have you been to the states? The food in the US is way more super processed and crappy. Stay at your village in middle of nowhere Europe. No one cares.
@@aarona4895you are behaving like a Karen, no need to attack people just expressing an opinion
Hi-Chew.
