    After my motorcycle accident 4 years ago , it was definitely a life changing experience because I lost my left arm. I go through depression and uncertainty all the time. I haven’t ridden since that accident, lost my bike and new car due to not being able to pay payments etc, and also lost all my friends because I don’t ride anymore, hell even the amputee riders out here in Florida don’t really show support. I’m probably at my lowest point right now but that’s because I just got laid off and I’m stressed about everything. But I’m not giving up. The same day I got laid off I ordered a CNC router machine to make Harley Stunt related custom wooden signs to help pay bills and get another bike and become a professional Harley Amputee Stunt Rider. It’s going to be a lot of hard work starting from the bottom but I’m not giving up because I love my family to much . I’m literally having to do every aspect of the business side that I don’t really know how to do. But if it doesn’t feel uncomfortable then we can’t grow to be successful. Anyways hope everyone is doing ok and as always keep it 12:00 and keep pushing! Wish everyone the best of success.

    Your podcast makes important information available to people who don’t have access to a big stunt scene which I feel like was and is extremely important to my growth. I’m in an area with a very small stunt scene and no one to get advice from, and I’ve received way more advice and useful tips from your content than anywhere else. When it comes to actual skill and content/sponsorship advice, I wouldn’t be as far along as I am today without your videos.

    I feel like there is not many stunt scene podcasts, and there is people who would love to hear some stories, tips, meet some characters on the scenes. I came across your podcast when you had Brian on because i follow the sport bike scene more, but listened to others after, and I really liked it. It is very cool to be able to hear people from the scene speak and hear their thoughts because I live on the other side of the world, in Croatia, where we have like 3-4 stuntriders in whole country so I can't really hear much stunt stuff IRL. Keep it going, it'll pay off.
    Also maybe i'm out of place with this but i think boys from Eastcoastin or Concrete Cowboys would be an awesome podcast episodes, from their channel it seems like they are wild af.

Maybe even start another channel specifically for your podcast in the future and have us all migrate to and watch that channel as well and gain more listeners that aren’t in the motorcycle community and even get those listeners on over to our stunt/motorcycle community, especially when they see how dope you are. Well, thank you! It is currently Tuesday! lol it's raining! And my weekly street ride starts in 3 hours and I was on the verge of cancelling... So why that's important I guess lol. I'm in my mid 30's with a failed marriage under my belt and a 7yr old that lives 1500 miles away.... Yeah I dropped the ball on being married. I've been a rider my hole life and had an on and off relationship with stunt riding. After everything happened I fell back into riding pretty hard until I blew my motor and lost focus an let it sit for a year. About a year ago I got it back together and in the last 6-8 months I really started stunt riding again. I'm not a great stunter by any measure. And I really don't get much film of me (unless it's really basic lol) so about 2 months ago I was talking with a local that has now passed, and I have always loved mega street rides. And I have wanted to start something of my own because all the mega rides are hella far away. But that local really helped bump me into making flyers and doing this taco ride weekly. And while it's not a mega ride yet or anything!!! I get ppl in state that wanna come kill it up here. And in an odd way ppl I don't know.... Know me now!! and it's not because of film or anything and that ok it's not really my drive... Eventually if this works yeah I want a sit down Steve roc level, or Brian an lean back, swarm, legends.... I want to give something back that all these other dudes who do it because we're "party boys" and we just love it. Even if it doesn't put money in our pocket because we love it and the vast majority of us won't ever get paid for this! Some free parts maybe.... Riding helps us feel complete or just able to cope with life. And I want to give a shred session back.
    Don't give up!!! we need talking heads and that's in no way derogatory. Live laugh limiter doesn't come out very often lol... Remember the audience most of us won't make money... Be fluid and maybe tweak the parameters some. Anyway my mostly lost tangent is over lol let's go kill a tire

    • @Get-Vertical
      @Get-Vertical  4 місяці тому +1

      Thanks for sharing your story 🙏🏼
      The reason I talk about monetizing a lot is to open the minds of the riders that don’t see that a lot of these pros have “figured it out”. You love street rides and aspire to host huge street rides like ROC, lean back and swarm - I can’t wait for you to watch my next episode with Get It Gary. All of these guys MAKE MONEY from their street rides!!! It funds a lot of things they do, by selling merch, making deals with dealerships/shops to start rides at their location, leading rides to places for a percentage of ticket sales. You just have to get creative!!!

    You and your husband are doing badass shit! Brian Tracy is a personal development guru. The book of his that I read was eat that frog. If you are interested in that type of stuff there are two other books similar to that. One is called the compound effect by Darren Hardy. And the other is called you are a badass by Jen sincero. My wife and my sister really got down with you are a badass, but they are all really good books. Keep it up!
