Hello, today I prepared no-bake custard cream cheese cake recipe.
It's a soft cake with custard cream.
HANSE store 👉 smartstore.nav...
(It's home cafe, kitchen ware store that I'm managing on my own!)
If you are making as a gift, please prepare the mousse band.
Soak the 4g gelatin for 5 mins.
Eliminate the moisture from gelatin (eliminate this process if you are using the gelatin powder) and microwave it for 10 sec to mix it with cream and the cheese cake paste.
You can change the decoration. I chose Homerun Ball snack because I was using the custard cream.
I made the yellow mango chocolate using the cheese mold.
I wanted to decorated it with the little custard cream, but used the cookie since it was no-bake recipe.
▶ingredient
+ custard cream
3 egg yolks, 30g sugar, 21g cornstarch, 1/2 vanilla bean, 330g milk
+ bottom
100g crushed crackers, 30g unsalted butter
+ cheesecake
200g cream cheese, 30g sugar, custard cream, 250ml whipping cream
+ decoration
mini choux, mango chocolate
Custard cream recipe
1) Cut the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds. Put both the seeds and peels in the pot.
(If there are lots of seeds, please use 1/4 of it)
2) Pour the milk and boil it in low heat. When the edge of the milk starts to boil, turn it off.
3) Mix the yolk, sugar, and cornstarch.
4) Add heated milk and mix it with the yolk.
5) Boil the mixed ingredient in low~medium heat.
6) Please stir it continuously so it won't cluster.
7) If jelly-like custard is made, please have it ready on the bowl.
8) Cool it by leaving it in the freezer.
Bottom cookie recipe
1) Mix the broken cookies with butter.
(I used Rotus, but you can either use Oreo or Diaget)
2) Pour the ingredients to the mold and press it down.
(I spread the plastic wrap on the bottom and covered it up with mousse band)
3) Leave it in the freezer
Cheese cake recipe
1) Please eliminate the coldness by leaving all ingredients in room temperature.
2) Loosen the cream cheese.
3) Mix it with sugar and custard cream.
(You have to sift the custard cream before using it)
4) Whip the whipping cream on the other bowl.
5) Mix the whipped cream with cream cheese.
6) Fill the mold with the cookies with the finished cream.
7) Harden it by leaving it in the freezer for 4 hrs
8) Get rid of the mold and finish it with decorations.
