Lynn, the Martin Ray is no longer built in Del Webb communities here. It is built at Pulte communities at the Landings and Malind Bluff. The Developer at each location will tell us what lots support the Martin Ray.
You stated that the owner got to pick their own lot. I find that Pulte puts their lots on a lottery? We have tried different communities (Pulte) found lots we wanted and were told that's not how it works you name (persay goes into a hat). Very frustrating.
Don't like the Lap-Siding, on Exterior of Home.Do Not like the DARK Flooring.It will SHOW Each & Every Foot-Print.Don't like the Cheesy Chandelier, that they put in All of their Home's.
Kiki, it doesn't sound like this home is for you but remember that when you build, you will choose your model, the elevation, flooring and everything that you want that is within your budget.

Hello Lynn, Del Webb and Pulte stopped their easy bid program and have returned to releasing lots with prices.
What's the total square feet , I wished to build a house same like this in India. Can you send me the plan of the house to my email ??
