Is the Key animation done on paper and scanned into the software, or is It completely done on software ? Which software ? Adobe animate or Toon Boom or TV PaintAnimation ?
keys are all digital ... japan still use paper but they are moving to digital regarding the software.. all what you listed is fine. but most used tool is clip studio paint

what did you use for the animation like what device...?
I used 'Adobe Animate'' for animation
My computer has 2060 super and AMD 3700x with 32 GB
I also use Huion 22 Plus to draw.
