    💪🏻Please do more like this! Squats and lunges definitely have their place in a workout, but it's nice to know there are other exercises that work the legs too. Thanks Penny!

      DONE!!! 💪 I loved this workout! I tried to use my 8 kgs DB for nearly every exercice (at least for the first round). All exercices were so well chosen in each circuit! I had so much fun and sweat! Thank you so much Penny!!!!

    Yes, please. This one is good as a few similar, but I longer sweat as much as with your "standard" workouts. Because I have to use knee friendly due to OA. I am trying to skip rest periods, but something more sweaty is always appreciated. Your circuits are the best!

    Loved this! Lunges aren’t that great for my knees but some of these moves are perfect for strengthening knees! Good mix of exercises and good routine!

    💪🏼 I LOVE the strength workouts. They are always fun and go so fast.
    Question, Have you ever considered putting the weights you’re using in the description when you post the names of it in the beginning of each move? I use adjustable dumbbells and it would make changing weights so much easier if I had a posted weight that you’re using to base it off of! Just a thought 🥰
