convenient not to have a customer service phone number. We bought a $5k Gazebo and the parts are cheap! My husband is trying to install the roof and the plastic parts are sliding off while he is on a ladder! This is a hazardous! We need this rectified ASAP

I have been building a gazebo from this company, and it has been awful. The parts are cheap, the directions are confusing, the customer service has been inconsistent and misleading with them sending videos that don’t match our product or manual, and altogether it’s been disappointing. Their gazebo is hands down the cheapest, worst product I’ve ever purchased on Amazon while still being the most expensive. Do not buy from them.
