Nooo, was hoping this was bluetooth based. No headphone out on my stupid iphone, guess I'll get a dongle. I haven't had luck connecting my new C4 pedal to my computer, I connect with the usb but nothing shows up in the connected devices. I'm on a mac btw. Any ideas?
No, we have no plans to connect from the Mobile App to the USB port on the pedal. It is possible to connect the Neuro Desktop Editor to the Ventris and the rest of our One Series pedals through their USB ports.
The answers below are workable, but there is no way to charge the phone while using the app. Phone jacks were (thankfully) eliminated from iPhones and iPads about 4 years ago, and we don't have to dig around for an otherwise unused dongle for sporadic pedal tweaking. Does it take THAT long to get Source Audio's hardware interface programming up to date? Please get caught up to this decade!
These pedals are for engineer-minded musicians. The cavemen that can’t figure out how to connect to the 1/8” jack shouldn’t be using these. Great pedals, great desktop software. The app is an embellishment, not the main dish.
USB Connection with Mobile Phones would have been awesome.
Thanks so much. This really helped to get my Pixel 3a neuro-ready. Before neither the Aftershock nor the Lunar Phaser responded. You guys are amazing.

Are you planning to do usb connect to the mobile app? As I know the ventris is class complient devises. It will work without drivers install

Gotta say that's a bummer. Hopefully you guys will reconsider having the usb route work with the mobile app, please
I recently purchased a Ventris Reverb pedal used and it had no supplied cable. Where can I purchase a replacement cable to use with the Neuro App?
Same with me I can’t find the cable or a straight answer about what kind to use
iPhones no longer have headphone socket jacks. How do users access the functions if they cannot connect their phones with the supplied cable?
Usb adaptor
Love my Collider but this procedure is as outdated as it can get. Pedals in that price range should connect via Bluetooth. Disappointing.
Will a standard 3.5mm audio cable into the control input work to link my phone to my Collider?
My galaxy note 20 5g only has a USB C jack. No headphone jacks at all. What is the proper cable to use then?
i tried it with a usb c to minijack cable. Didn't work.
What do I do if I'm using a new iPhone that doesn't have a headphone jack?
Hi, it seems that it's still not working for Huawei P10 phones. Any solution ? Thanks
Whats the highest delay time for this pedal?
I don’t see how this would work on my iPhone. Also the app is telling me I need a lighting to USB camera adapter. Huh?
Hmm, this does not work with modern phone unfortunately. No audio jack anymore.
How do you connect to an iPhone? Cable isn’t compatible?
Usb Adaptor for iPhone
How does one download user presets?
Love my collider, but this is Stone Age for iPhone users
This is stone age for Android also.
Anyone have luck with the Ventris or Nemesis on a Pixel 3?
except now there are no phones with headphone jacks.......
nothing works.....
Also firmware updates
Doesn’t work 😢
What about a newer iPhone without a headphone jack ?
You can use the headphone adapter dongle that came with the phone and it should work correctly.
😂😂😂
I can confirm a lightning to 3.5mm dongle works fine.

Phones can connect via usb these days 😄
I cannot even get my collider to connect to my damn pc
