It was good they brought back frieza for the tournament instead of having Buu as their 10th member. And the best part about his return was that the narrators brought back some of his sadistic and ruthlesness back, way more than what he had durring Ressurection F. In the TOP Arc he murdered assassins for his amusment after spending so much time in hell, trying to kill Goku (as usual) and we even get to see him showing no mercy to other fighters in the Tournament, Like Cabba and the universe 2 yardrat warrior, and some other warriors in the tournament. And to top it off he even gave a few destroyers a glims of fear after what Frieza did to some of their warriors
