Tate Brown I understand he’s being paid to clean it but then he has to also deal with the owner’s personal items that cost him time. I tell all my clients to have all personal items removed prior to the appointment time. It’s less of a hassle and I can get the job done quicker.

First of all,great job!
Maybe you should consider investing in a good air compressor and tornador/rotador. It would help you in cleaning heavily soiled carpets like this one and you wouldn't have to battle it with brush.
Vaccuum,tornador,vaccuum, wet vac. ;) .
And please wear a mask while doing interiors, you have only one set of lungs .

I have a 100 liter and 8 bar compressor with tornador, but it is not a tool that I like, I do not consider that it leaves optimal results, the dirt deeply embedded in the carpet there is nothing like water under pressure from the pressure washer and brush

Tienes la karcher se 4002 y en el Lidl también tienes una más económica todavía y funciona bien (no son maquinas para usar profesionalmente todos los dias, pero para usar de vez en cuando funcionan muy bien)

I have a suggestion, go get a piece of plywood put some cross legs on it and wheels, hang the Carpet over it that way the water will run out because it rolls you can just turn it around and do the other side. You really need it. Your back must hurt, great details here and I subbed 👍.
