Bhai i have 2017 elite i20 diesel. Clocked almost 118000, my clutch is almost 60% worn. I have repaire AC twice, and replaced steering column twice. Apart from that i haven't faced any major issue. I service at Hyundai dealer itself and bill will be almost 12k per service. My suggestion for every diesel owners is keep idle your car while cold start for minimum 3 mins. and not to thrash car for quick overtake. love your car and love your videos. Kudos keep up
1 lakh km... it's high time that you replace the engine timing chain kit if you want to maintain longer engine life. I changed the full timing chain kit if my i20 2011 at about 60000 km. Now I'm running 64000 km. I want to maintain good engine health although recommended is 80k
My i20 Clutch was hard so dealer told to change the clutch set and i did that in March 2023 and after that there was juddering in initial bite. They opened it again and resurfaced the flywheel. The juddering was more prominent after that. Long story short they opened the transmission 6 times and I changed everything from driveshaft to engine mounts to steering components. Last week they replaced the flywheel, clutch , pressure plate and release bearing but the juddering was more than what was there before. I noticed the used sandpaper to sand the surface of the brand new flywheel and pressure plate. I dont know what to do anymore

U can use c2/c3 also only thing u should not change the grade I also use Liqui Moly Toptec 5w30 in my Creta Diesel 1.6 such 50k kms Oil life is around 15k kms SUPER SMOOTH NOISE FREE engine Just oilfilter change at 10k I have researched a lot these are Acea ratings . Reason to use is A3B4 Shell Castrol are not that good quality oils If u will use u can experience the magic

Bhai swift me bhi aisi problem deta hai kya. Mein second hand dekh raha hu. Mujhe elite i20 bohot pasand hai lekin itna mota kharcha agar aana hi hai toh swift lena zyada acha rahega kya. You make a very big big mistake on using PINK COLOR COOLANT. Check you manual that says Hyundai recommends only IAT coolant i.e. only ethylene glycol. For eg. GREEN COLOR only. That means your engine supports only IAT coolant i.e. ethylene glycol. Whereas, PINK COLOUR is OAT. That means Pink colour is propylene glycol. So, pink colour will harm the engine parts eventually and will not protect effectively.
@@arautomobiles8799 confirm and enquire from the company whether the same pink coolant is of IAT or HOAT technology. They both may be in same color but different technologies. You should go for iat technology.

You will probably notice that the colour at the radiator looks like more yellowish/rusted yellow compare to at the reservoir tank. U should use only A3/B4 spec oil in d4fc diesels . What you used is only for engines equipped with DPF.
I also use a3/b4 which is little difficult to get. Got in shell. Also some Castrol suv specific have a3 b4. Btw mine is 1.2 petrol hyundai

Mobil 1 ESP 5w30 fully synthetic...MRP is 1500rs/ltr but our price is 1350/ltr and Hyundai i20 diesel needs 5.4ltrs
