Today is Five Ways Wednesday! In today's video, I'll talk about 5 things you can do to help survive the airport with your baby. I just returned from my first solo flight with my baby, and I think I learned some valuable lessons. I hope you find this helpful!

Great tips! I like how you hooked your little wallet onto your carrier. I've been wearing a crossbody with things I will need to access quickly, but your set up is even more compact. ✈ 🌺 Heidi
Just adding that checking the stroller at the gate is easy as well. I had to fly with my six month old by myself and did need my stroller. Also had my ring sling that was super helpful. Only hold up was waiting for it to be checked at security, but I had enough to gather in that time that it wasn’t a big deal.
I traveled with my twins alone for the first time a couple of weeks ago. A baby carrier is a life saver! I learned people are more than willing to help. My son was teething and very fussy and a passenger was nice enough to hold him for half the flight almost.

I held a baby on my first flight because the mom was overwhelmed! I didn't even have my daughter yet but I felt that womanly need to help this mom!
This is sooooo good. Love that small set idea but girl that is so frustrating not to be able to have your diaper bag near your seat with you

I also have a 1 year old and 3 month old so I'm curious. And I have my 6 year old too,but with her I don't really need to carry anything just some snacks

I thought it was against safety regulations to sit in the exit row with children or if you have a disability as you're required to help in an emergency?
